Thanks to Andrea, she helped my brother through a frustrating time getting his UK passport. I tried to help my brother, because he doesn't know how to use a computer. Cannot recommend Andrea her team at Global British Passports highly enough! She made what was a stressful process so easy. She took care of everything, instructing us what to do every step of the way and he received his passport very quickly after her help. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family. I needed a new UK passport as a dual Canadian/British citizen. Global British Passports helped me through the complicated process. My new passport arrived in less than four weeks. Teri was professional and friendly, making sure that I was comfortable at all times with the rather obscure procedures. I cannot rate Global British Passports highly enough. I was allotted a consultant, Elyse, who was fantastic.
I had a phone number that I could contact her on which was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the whole process and always had time for my concerns.
My application came at an extremely difficult time for me, with the passing of my mother. If it wasn’t for Elyse and the service I would have never been able to get to England for her funeral.
