We have made booking for a 7 seater van with this company for a london tour.

Usman was the agent and he made sure everthng went well with our servic such as punctual of the driver , the vehicle clean & tidy ect . His communcations were great & recommend defintly .

We had usman and the trip was smooth and on time at all times. Would defo recommend and use again thanks

Having used GBR for a chauffeured rental in Sweden with which we were very happy (review below) we used them again for a rental in the U.K., to take 10 parents and children from Central London to Charterhouse school near Guildford, wait and return. The driver Lawrence arrived on time and was courteous and efficient and our only criticism was that his vehicle was a little old and scruffy. On the other hand the price quoted was 1/2 of Addison Lee’s quote and so we were again very happy with Global’s service

I booked with global bus rental for a minibus for 12 of us recently with return, our flights unexpectedly changed times and with short notice usman ali was able to change the coach times hastle free and get us where we needed to be at the right time thanks to his quick replies, one issue i had was using emails as I had a hard time getting in touch and getting replies but when I messaged usman ali directly on whatsapp all of my questions were answered quickly. Everything was on time and worked well.

I booked with Global Bus Rental in May for a return coach journey in July.

Four days before the day of the booking I tried to get in contact with the company to confirm the booking. My email was not replied to and my WhatsApp still remains unread. Eventually got through the next day and the company struggled to locate the booking. They then emailed to say that they had cancelled the booking because of an issue sourcing a coach. Why didn’t they mention that on the phone and why did they only inform me after I rang to confirm the booking? There was no offer of putting on multiple minibuses or anything like that.

It has been over two weeks since they cancelled by booking via email at the last minute and I have yet to receive my sizeable refund. Multiple emails, phone calls and WhatsApps have not been responded to - including the emergency contact number! They are very difficult to get hold of. I have had to get my credit company involved.

They are a shambles of a company and one star is too much. Avoid at all costs.

I made a big mistake, I trusted these people since I had two small projects with them in Brussels and the local operators not them, did their jobs so I entered a fairly biger contract with them worth almost 21000Euros which they raised it to 29000 later, they got 20000 euros mainly to provide 17 sprinters, 2busses, 6 vans and sedans and ..for an important project from 29 June to 2 July 2023, in Paris, one night before the program they said there are no sprinters and will do it with busses and raised the contract from almost 21000 , to 29000. I did not want bus since the venue was located in the middle of a small village north of Paris which made it very very difficult for buses to go through, I was shoked and spend hours to explain and ask for sprinters they put me under pressure that the price will be much much higher, I had no choice but to agree, and they asked for the extra money right away, I told them you have already got 20000 euros and only provided 3 vans and 3 sedans for 30 of June and still no sprinters and no vans and sedans for 1 July, the guy called Mo. Elias said since you are not paying the rest of the money right now we cancelled all the vans and sedans and also buses. I said why you canceled? you did not provide the sprinters in the first place you have got 20000 euro and you know I will pay, but I can not do it tonight, he said the only chance is you should pay 5950 euros in cash to the bus operator tonight, again I had no choice I did that, but the vip busses were old junks one of them failed right there in front of the hotel and we had to evacuate all the vip s to another junk bus and I was discredited in front of the guests. by then I had paid 25950. they send a message and said I have to still pay 3560 euro cash to another operator otherwise they will cancel the two buses and two van and one sedan for 2 July, I was frustrated, I said you have got 25950 euros and I really can not get that 3500 eurotonight please do not cancel. but unbelievably they canceled. Mo. Elias was constantly playing an innocent role and kept telling me he is not the owner of the company. he told the operator who did the job on Friday 30 June to get his money from me. I explained him that his contract has not been with me and he should get his money from Global Bus rental but he refused to accept it and said Global Bus will never give me money and I had to give hi, 3500 euros too.
So at the end of the day what happened is this: they got from me 20000 euros. the local operators provided the service for 29 and 30 June according to the invoice I have attached. for the total of 7572 euro. they made me pay the local bus operator 5950 euro cash and another operator 3500 euro cash. and canceled the rest of services. worst of all no sprinters. they got 12428 euro for themselves for doing nothing. I am left discredited in front of nonprofits who only gave this money to have a transportation for a non profit humanitarian conference. Mo Elias and his superiors put me under psychological pressure all the way through, local operators were mad at me and go their moeny from me although I had no contract with them. I should have never trusted this company in the first place. and this was my fault. with a substantial loss of money and reputation for me.

Absolutely terrible service, we booked a bus before hand and paid them in full however the bus was a no show on the day. We tried calling them but they ignored our calls and they finally picked up once we called from an unknown phone number. We asked for our money back they still have yet to send it. Please be careful of them.

Our driver Mario was very helpful and a good driver. We sadly had to cancel our boat trip to the blue grotto. Mario showed us a gorgeous view point to still take pictures from. He also knew the island by heart and he’s very kind. The company was very helpful and the contact was very quick. Great hospitality

Hired Global Bus Rental, through Usman Ali back in April. It was a 16 seater and the day prior to our trip we were told that the coach had broken down and they couldn’t fulfill or trip. This was at 4pm the day prior to the trip.At 7pm we had the call we were waiting for, they had found a reserve bus. From tgen on EVERYTHING went well and all had a wonderful day out. Eliyas, professional and never subscribed passengers they are on time punctual

Thanks to very comunicatice person (MO Eliyas) we had very convenient transfers in Malta. The buses were comfortable, the drivers nice, It's too bad, that not all of them could speak English. That's why we were over the time and were not warned before, that it was already cpounted as a whole day, not a full day any more. But thanks to MO we managed and payed extra not that much.

Superb, from start to finish!
We were taking customers to a full hospitality day, and finding a good service the day before was very tough. We contacted Mo Alee and the speed and communication was nothing short of superb! Within an hour we had a full breakdown matching exactly what we wanted. The day of the event was even better, the driver collected us on time at the meeting point, and the journey was very smooth. We were contacted 30 minutes before the return time to say our driver is ready but will wait, and even went out of his way to collect a colleague. Overall, an amazing service and one we will totally be using again!

We booked a mini bus. The bus driver is a nice guy. He explained to us the tourist spot and the best transportation to be taken to go to the tourist spot. This company also offer a good price for pick us from kingcross to Heathrow .
We highly recommend this company.

We do a lot of travel across the UK and were looking for a reliable coach company that would be able to manage hundreds of people in a very short time. I have to say that I have not worked with a more efficient travel partner. They always respond to my requests and make sure the service is delivered on time and with great drivers. On our last trip to UK, we had to book with them at the last moment as the other company is we booked with did not appear at the pick up and we were left there with put group. Ridha relied at the same time and helped pur group on last minute. We would definitely suggest them to our all friends as well…
