I personally read your recent review, and honestly, it was painful to see the word "scammers" associated with our work. We are a team of real people dedicated to connecting families and friends, especially during these difficult times for Ukraine.
Being labeled as scammers is very far from who we are. We pride ourselves on being an adequate, transparent business that always tries to meet our clients halfway.
However, I completely understand your reaction. Seeing the price double on the day of pickup is a shock, and frankly, it shouldn't happen without a clear explanation.
I want to get to the bottom of this. Usually, such changes happen due to "volumetric weight" (box size) or unexpected taxes/duties, but I need to be sure. Maybe it was a system error on our side.
Could you please reply with your Order ID, or some additional information about your query?
I will personally check the logs. If there was a mistake or a glitch - we will fix it and refund the difference immediately. If there were objective reasons for the price change, I will explain them to you openly, so you know exactly what you paid for.
