Meine Betreuerin ist Marie Heide. Sie ist kompetent und stand mir stets zur Seite, wenn ich Hilfe benötigte. Seit einem Jahr begleitet sie meinen Fall, der in die 2. Phase geht. Da Brokereo eine eiskalte Firma ist, die sogar den Kleinsparen mit einer geschäftsmäßig trainierten Sprache sogar weiter das Geld aus der Tasche zieht, obwohl das Konto schon Minusbetrag anzeigt. Ich hoffe, dass mit der weiteren Unterstützung von Marie Heide auch die 2. Phase geschafft wird und Brokereo zum Schadenersatz verurteilt wird. Sie müssten Berufsverbot bekommen. Und zusätzlich müsste Brokereo noch für die psychischen und seelischen Schäden zur Verantwortung gezogen werden und Schadenersatz leisten.
