I’ve had such a positive experience so far, and a big part of that is thanks to my travel coordinator, Dan. From the very beginning, he’s been incredibly supportive, patient, and easy to talk to. Moving overseas can feel overwhelming, but Dan has made the whole process feel so much more manageable and exciting.

He’s always taken the time to answer all my questions (no matter how small), explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident in each step. I’ve never felt rushed or unsure—he genuinely cares and wants the best outcome for me.

What really stands out is how reassuring and approachable he is. He’s helped take away a lot of the stress and replaced it with excitement for what’s ahead. I truly feel supported and in good hands going into this new chapter.

I’m so grateful for all his help so far and couldn’t recommend him enough!

Very helpful conversation, talked professionally, calmed my nerves letting me know that there are ways to make friends with others doing trips at the same time before leaving Aus, gave me a better idea of the potential work that could take place in new zealand

My trip coordinator Nicole was very lovely to chat with and made every step very simple and easy to grasp! So glad I took the step to get started on my travels and am very excited to see other places!!

My experience so far has been great. After 2 years of initially starting this process but having to be postponed for personal reasons it was a seamless start to everything again with Nichola remembering everything and being very helpful along the way.

Avoid.

I booked onto Canada working holiday a couple years ago to do a ski season - which I wanted help for. I pulled out due to a change in my circumstances (very early on) and received no refund after spending over £1000. Nothing whatsoever.

They’d done literally no work to very little for me!! as I pulled out very early on but apparently a ‘no refunds policy’. It’s laughable as no work went into this from their end.

I have been told I can use the money towards another trip but since looking for over a couple years nothing that interests me. (Based on other poor reviews from others too)

They could do the right thing to refund me and others In a similar position but choose not to - which I think says enough about the company. Is there no way I can get at least some of this back?

Sam was great and incredibly helpful, he was very patient and knowledgeable and would highly recommend him!

They answered all my questions and questions I didn’t even know I had. Everything that the company will help set you up with before and after your arrival and the support they will provide throughout your time there is incredibly useful.

Sam was great in clearly explaining how my booking was going to work. And sharing his own travelling experiences with me only got me more hyped up for my adventure to Canada.
