Awful company only part order received ,several emails sent completely ignored, scam scam do not use .

SCAM COMPANY ordered the embroidery books they were tiny and unusable poor quality no sewing kit with it. Glorex not adhering to their own refund policy. DISGUSTED how this xompany is allowed to scam.people like this with no Accountability.

Ordered a calendar for 2026 in early December 25.
Did not receive it come middle of Jan 26. Emailed and was told to give a bit more time. Now end of Jan 26 and no reply’s to any contact through original email or contact page. Annoying as they obviously receive the emails, but just choose to not reply.
Absolutely awful service and company - avoid like the plague! If I could I would give them 0 stars.

I ordered a sewing kit and I didn’t receive what was advertised. I have repeatedly emailed, but they do not reply.
Alas, I am stuck!

Do not purchase from here. Firstly it takes ages for delivery, secondly not all the components arrive, it is false advertising and is shamefully not worth the money they charge, and lastly I have emailed and used the contact page and have no response. Disgraceful service and cheap shoddy goods!!

Don’t waste your money

I ordered a sewing kit but realised once I had placed the order it was far too small so I sent an email to cancel, no answer, the sewing kit arrived and I emailed again requesting return instructions
3 weeks later and 6 emails I still have the sewing kit with no instructions on how to return this item.
Awful customer service. Do not buy from this company unless you are absolutely sure about what you are buying. Worse online shopping experience ever!

I bought the raining Father Christmas watering can for Christmas. The on/off button did not work. I was asked to send a video of the problem, which I did.
I have since sent three further emails asking for a full refund as the product does not work. I have not heard anything back.
It’s been over 16days.
Very disappointing and will not be using this company again.
I will warn others of their failure to respond and poor customer service.

Ordered Santa lights. Nothing arrived. Same e-mail repeatedly urging patience. Whole thing is a scam. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered a christmas light package consisting of 3 pieces. 2 pieces arrived. Emailed asking where the third part was. Asked to send a photo of what arrived. Got a 'we will escalate' email and now 20 days later and two chasing emails later no 3rd part or refund.

Dreadful communication from Glorex. I ordered a pair of gloves and a hat. The gloves arrived but the hat didn't. Tracking says they both arrived together. I have emailed about 10 times and I've only received a generic, time wasting, email asking for a photo of the item that did arrive. I've sent the photo, but still no item, and no refund.
