Misleading

Misleading. This company clearly portrays itself as an English company when in fact it is clearly Chinese. I received a Chinese shipment and upon opening it was clearly Chinese quality, not justifying the price tag. The cables are also not standard - so I lost the cable for my LED mask and I cant find a replacement (unlike other masks which use USB C)

I passed my driving test first time…

I passed my driving test first time today with only two minor faults in a manual car. My instructor, Mr. Adnan Naseer, was patient, professional, and very supportive throughout my lessons. He explained everything clearly and helped me build confidence behind the wheel. I highly recommend Glore Driving School, as they provide high-quality instruction and excellent support for learners. Thank you, Mr. Adnan and the team, for helping me pass first time!

waited for over one month for delivery and had to'chase it up' too. finally received the item and it is the wrong device!! awaiting return instructions from this comany - annoyed and very unimpressed!

For clarity, our delivery timeframes are clearly stated prior to purchase. Orders typically require 1–4 working days for processing, followed by an estimated 2–7 working days for delivery within the UK. These timeframes are provided as estimated guidelines rather than guaranteed delivery dates, as once an order has been dispatched and is within the courier network, delivery progress can occasionally be affected by factors outside of our direct control.

We dispatch and deliver a large number of orders to customers across the UK and EU, and we currently have no records or courier tracking data indicating that any verified order has experienced a delivery timeframe exceeding one month. The statement made in this review therefore does not correspond with the delivery data held within our dispatch and order records.

I decided to invest in a glow beauty…

I decided to invest in a glow beauty machine as me and my partner had heard great things about them from others in the industry. From our experience we've found this company to far surpass our expectations. They've offered everything I'd expect from a company selling to other business owners and the communication and after care has been some of the best we've received. It is clearly a company that cares about their clients and the experience with them. The machine we got was a new Peneelilly 6 in 1 Facial Machine which has been spectacular and our clients love it. The machine works seamlessly with little to no noise and is so easy to set up and use. We are very pleased to have found them, especially when there are so many poor machines being advertised lately

Terrible experience and never received product

I ordered and paid for a product which never arrived. According to Glow Beaty Case the courier they used claimed they had delivered the order to a location (back porch) which doesn’t exist at the delivery address and after following up multiple times I was eventually provided with a photo of a door as “evidence” of delivery, which in no way resembled the door at the delivery address. Glow Beaty Case took no responsibility for the situation and kept stating that I needed to contact the delivery company (Yodel). If is impossoble to speak to a human at Yodel via telephone and according to their automated customer service function, the tracking number provided by Glow Beaty Case does not exist. I believe I have been scammed and strongly recommend steering well clear of this organisation and their products.

As you were placing the order from Australia for delivery to a recipient in the United Kingdom, we explained that the courier had confirmed the parcel was delivered to the recipient’s designated “safe place.” For this reason, we asked you to check directly with the recipient regarding their nominated safe place location, as this is information only they would have selected.

The tracking number provided to you was valid and fully active. This is evidenced by the fact that you initially contacted us because the tracking was showing as delivered and you were disputing the delivery photograph and location. The online tracking link was working correctly. You have stated here that the tracking number did not function within Yodel’s telephone system; however, Yodel is a completely separate company to ourselves and we have no control over their phone or automated systems. During the period you were contacting us, we were able to speak directly with Yodel without issue.

Under UK GDPR regulations, we are not permitted to request or disclose specific delivery details relating to a third party’s safe place without the recipient’s direct authority. This is why we advised that the recipient contact the courier directly. At your request, we provided the courier’s contact information. We understand there may have been difficulty reaching them due to the time difference between Australia and the UK, which is why we again suggested the recipient make contact locally.

We also advised that we could formally open a case with the courier on your behalf. However, as part of the courier’s investigation process, the recipient would be required to sign a legal non-delivery declaration. This is standard procedure. You indicated you were unwilling to proceed with this and instead advised you would leave a negative review.

At all times, we attempted to work with you to resolve the matter through the correct courier investigation channels. The conversation repeatedly returned to a refund request, despite the parcel being marked as delivered and a formal investigation route being available.

We take allegations of non-delivery extremely seriously, follow official courier procedures in every case, and categorically reject any suggestion of wrongdoing. We remain willing to assist via the appropriate investigation process should the recipient wish to proceed.

Cavitation & Trolley Order

Ordered a cavitation machine & trolley on 13.10.25, when I realised it was over 7 days I contacted the guys and then before I knew it my machine arrived with then an incorrect USA connection wire which was no good as I was in the UK. The team jumped on this and advised just get rid of the USA wire a new one would be with me with in days and 100% it was with me 3 days later. I still hadn't received my trolley so chased this which was dealt with in a very professional manner and speedy and always re assuring me so I did not feel out the loop. My trolley has arrived and great and as described. The guys have been on it and all for the girls and me starting my new venture. Keep up the great work guys, and most of all thank very much xxx

A costly lesson

I hadn't realised this Company sourced their stock from China and had it mailed direct to you. Took an age to arrive , then it was literally somthing I could have bought very cheaply myself , had to return tracked ,and pay that postage on top of all the original high price, a costly lesson .

We would like to clarify a few points raised in your comments. As stated clearly on our About Us page, Delivery Policy, and Terms & Conditions, our products are shipped directly from the manufacturers we work with, who are based in both Europe and China. Many of the items we supply are exclusively manufactured in China, which is standard in the beauty equipment industry and something most of our customers understand is not a drawback.

What is important to highlight is that we only source and sell CE-certified products. Unlike many other businesses, online sellers and marketplace sellers, we ensure our products go through rigorous and costly testing, certification, and documentation processes to guarantee user safety. All CE certification processes include 4 or more certificates and test reports etc to make a full CE - CE Certification is not just 1 certificate and we ensure that our products are fully covered and are safe for our clients and customers to use making us the leading beauty product supplier in the UK. This level of compliance and quality assurance is also reflected in the pricing of our products.

While it is possible to find similar products at a lower price, these often do not carry the necessary safety testing or CE certification required for compliance in the UK. Choosing uncertified alternatives comes with significant risks, as you cannot be certain whether the product is electrically safe or if the materials used meet safety standards. This lack of assurance can pose serious health and safety risks, potentially leading to harmful injuries or illnesses.

With regard to your comment about the product “taking ages to arrive,” we would like to clarify that delivery timeframes are clearly stated in our Delivery Guide (available in the website footer, on each product page beneath the price, and again at checkout). We provide this information upfront so customers are fully aware of the expected delivery process before placing an order.

It is also worth noting that many orders actually arrive sooner than the estimated timeframe we provide, and it is likely that your order did too. However, we publish the full delivery window transparently to ensure realistic expectations. Since your order was delivered within this timeframe and you were therefore required to cover the return postage, we are unable to understand the basis of this particular complaint.

As a UK-registered company, we provide customers with a 14-day return window. If a customer simply changes their mind, the cost of return is the customer’s responsibility. Since the points you raised are clearly outlined on our website, and your order did arrive well within the stated delivery window we provide, this is why you were required to cover the return cost in your case.

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we can confirm that all information regarding shipping, product processing and returns is provided transparently to our customers prior to purchase.

For any future orders you place with other businesses, we would recommend reviewing the policies carefully to ensure you are fully aware of a company’s processes and delivery timeframes, as the concerns you have raised could have been avoided had this information been read beforehand.

Glowbeauty has been decent so far. Their machines are good quality, and customer service is responsive. The Hydra Derma Machine works well and my salon clients are satisfied. However, the manual could be clearer, and some processes might take time to master. Overall, Glowbeauty offers reliable equipment, but there’s room for improvement.

I have placed an order quite some time…

I have placed an order quite some time ago. Just been on my confirmation to see if I can track it and the image doesn't load.
Is this a legit company? I'm hoping it's just an error and my order will arrived I have emailed the company.
I know some deliveries can take up to 4 weeks, in just concerned as I now can not find the website. I'll update if I get a delivery

Your order was placed with us on 21st February and is due to arrive via Yodel on 5th March, which is well within our stated order processing and delivery timeframes which I can see you are aware of in your message. We’ve resent your tracking information to your email, so please check your inbox (including your spam/junk folder). If you haven’t received it, just let us know—we’re happy to send it again.

Regarding our website, there was a technical issue with our provider’s software, which caused temporary downtime. As we operate Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm and Saturdays from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm, we weren’t aware of the issue until now, but it has since been resolved and the website is now back online running smoothly.

I understand that this review is likely due to panic with seeing the site down and therefore the tracking information not working/loading correctly (which is completely understandable) but I did also want to mention that your email was sent at around 6:00 am this morning, which was outside our working hours and didn’t give us a chance to respond before this review was posted. We always aim to assist customers as quickly as possible once we are open, and we appreciate your patience. We have now responded to your message (at 8.52am this morning) and I am glad you have now confirmed you are aware that Yodel have the order and plan to deliver this to you tomorrow Wed 5th March.

To reassure you, we are a fully legitimate UK-registered company, and we take great pride in delivering excellent service to our customers. Your order is on track, and we’re here to help with any queries.

Don't trust the reviews

Don't trust the reviews. I ordered an IPL, which looked legit, and 10 days later received an unbranded (unlike advertised on their website), cheap product shipped from China. Probably bought on AliExpress or similar for £10 and marketed as their own product. Will not be using and their returns policy looks like a joke. Buyer be warned.

Faulty Device and a Nightmare Obtaining Refund

After taking a long time for delivery, the gadget I ordered died the first time I turned it on and will not work. I have now spent a week exchanging emails daily with them to try and organise a return of the faulty device. They now seem to be ignoring me.

The Case of the Missing Christmas Gift

Ordered a travel vanity case (with a fancy mirror!) and lovely brushes for my wife’s Christmas present. Two weeks before Christmas seemed safe, right? But here I am on Christmas Eve, giftless and now scouring for last-minute backup plans (hello, IOU?). Glow Beauty keeps pointing me to their delivery terms—like anyone really reads those! I got a tracking number days ago, but the courier says they’re still waiting for the parcel. Hard to review something when it’s off playing hide-and-seek. Maybe my wife can enjoy the wrapping paper, at least.

Lovely make up box BUT...

Lovely make up box and good delivery time for Christmas. However, their website made it appear that the make up box came in a presentation Glow Beauty white box and it came in bubble wrap and a cardboard box. Quite disappointing as I could have got a similar vanity box on Amazon but chose not to, due to the presentation suggested on your website.
