Questionable product
Questionable product. Sketchy return policy. I don't trust an unlabeled white tube..
Ordered on 2.11.2026, received 3.11.2026. Not 5-10 business days as advertised. The product I received DO NOT match the pictures. The sketchy white tubes of "toothpaste" include no label, no ingredients, no instructions. Entire process seems sketchy and I DO NOT trust this product to put in my kids mouth.

Such a scam
I think I have been scammed. While my order did eventually arrive after weeks of a "delay," it came in pieces, missing the charger, open & unlabeled foam toothpaste that leaked all over my items. I have tried to contact customer service and I think it's an AI bot bc they keep sending the same automated response and keeps on asking me to send videos. I have provided as much pics and info as possible and no one has been able to help me as of yet. Very disappointed. Plus, the toothbrushes don't clean nearly as well as I had hoped for.

I have never recieved my order
I have never recieved my order. I have emailed multiple times and I never get a response other than the automated one stating that my email was recieved. I'm concerned I was scammed.

I have sensitive teeth
I have sensitive teeth, and regular electric brushes hurt my gums. The Smartbrush is gentle and still leaves my mouth feeling completely clean. I actually look forward to brushing now.

I didn’t think a toothbrush could replace the feeling of a professional cleaning. But after using this, my teeth feel smoother and cleaner than ever before. Totally impressed.

My arthritis made traditional brushing painful. This brush is a lifesaver – I just press the button, and it handles everything. My teeth feel smooth, and brushing is no longer a chore.
