Glow White Teeth Opiniões

Terrible service have ordered and the order hasn’t been received emailed multiple times but get no response,

So no product and also £60 out of pocket

Stay away from this company

Emails sent to cancel an order have been ignored. Told to send the item via the address on the delivery package but there isn't one. Emailed a total of seven times now and I get one response saying I am lying about sending emails yet I have sent them copies of images of all the emails sent. Meant to send back the item to get a refund at cost to me yet no way given of doing this and another email ignored so far. DO NOT order from these. Never known anything like it

This company is Not a scam company. I received my item this morning.
Beautifully packaged..
I am well impressed.
I have used boutique whitening before this product is the same product I have bought from the dentist. I will be definitely using this company again in a few weeks
Thank you

It seems very random on who gets a good service from Glow White Teeth. I read the reviews but wasn’t in a rush for my product to arrive so decided to place an order. I regret it now. I placed an order for 3 x whitening tubes, waited a few weeks for a delivery .(fine with me). On opening my parcel, I’d received 1 tube instead of 3 tubes. I paid over £85 . I have emailed a couple of times over the last month and never received a reply. I’m absolutely gutted. It’s just common curtesy to reply to a customer .i have waited a long time for this company to respond before leaving a review. I have been left feeling like I have been scammed out of money and nothing but silence from this company. Please can you reply and either send me the outstanding product or refund what I am due.

Always be very good and very delivery only a few days

Great product, definitely see a noticeable difference.

Fast postage and great product

A good quality product delivered very promptly. Will buy from this company again

Great service, efficient delivery, great product that really works!

Great Product & Great Service. Would definitely recommend Glow White Teeth!

Easy ordering, product arrived on time.

Excellent product - I could see a difference after just half an hour would definitely recommend

I had read bad reviews about the company and was hesitant to order, but when I emailed them to ask them what their likely delivery timeframe was, they responded really quickly, which gave me confidence in their customer service.

The company said they couldn’t guarantee a timeframe for delivery but it would likely be two weeks. I ordered and I received my order the following week, and it was beautifully packaged.

Thank you Glow White Teeth!

(I feel like some of the bad reviews may be unjust)

Absolutely right about contacting customer service! Awful!
May be more professional to actually say what the delay is, as very vague and non committal!
I wish I hadn’t ordered from this site now and I should have read the reviews !

Update from you regarding my review:
Yes I’ve sent numerous emails so please be honest
Your reply was quite rude as I haven’t ordered from you before, and you have now said you will refund me but the email from you says this :

ORDER #6418
Your order has been canceled
Order #6418 was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded.
Which means you have not refunded me at all!

Umm that order number is not mine!! You emailed me back on the email I sent you so strange that are now saying you haven’t received my emails??
You have a nice day too

I ordered a month ago and it’s still not arrived. There is no contact info or complaints procedure beyond and email address that you don’t get a response from.

Do not buy from this company, it’s a scam! I am raising my complaint with the trading standards and Action Fraud.

In response to their reply below :

Ordered 5th Feb.
I emailed 9th Feb (reply from sales manager Lulu apologising for delay and that it would be on a priority dispatch and tracking would be sent to me - nothing!)
I emailed again 18th Feb - no reply
I emailed again 19th Feb - no reply

The only response I finally received was from here after making this complaint. There is NO other means of contact for this company beyond an email.

A company that doesn’t detail their registered company name, legally registered address and contact details within their privacy policy and terms of service which indicates a compliance issue and doesn’t fuel consumer trust!

I ordered this product well over a week ago, I've had no emails and no reply to any emails when asking for it to be cancelled or refunded, i didn't read their reviews till after i placed the order and now i am down on money and product and no communication from this company.

I ordered a set of whitening gels over the Christmas period. Due to many bank holidays there was a slight delay with my order. I emailed to ask when I could expect my delivery and I was given a really speedy reply. They offered me a discount for my next order and gave me a swift update. I recieved my order just a few days later. Great customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered from the website 10 days before Christmas and have still not received anything. After emailing, which is the only point of contact available, I was refunded shipping costs and later given a Yodel tracking number which was false. I have now emailed 4 times requesting a full refund as this is clearly a scam. There has been absolutely no contact at all and still no product.

I ordered over 10 days ago and still haven’t received any confirmation to say out delivery. Extremely disappointed as I would have recommended this site to other people but the service has been awful.
No product received.

Company I contacted on the 23rd with next day delivery and paid.

No emails. No correspondence.

I've asked for a refund.

Poor service. Didn't add the delay disclaimer either before the 23rd of they had Id never have ordered.
