Steve, firstly I am really sorry that your hoodie still hasn't arrived, but I am really sorry that you found it necessary to leave us a one star review on Trustpilot.

It has only been one week since the day of order, not two as stated in the review, one week is still too long for you to wait and I can only apologise.

We replied to your initial communication within 11 minutes of letting us know that your order hasn't arrived.

I can see that this is the third order you have made with us and I can see from the tracking the previous two orders have arrived on time, so I hope you can see it is not the norm for orders to take this long to arrive.

I have rechecked the tracking and I can see that it has now been sorted at a mail centre and I hope that it will be with you early next week, but if it hasn still not been delivered by Wednesday please let me know and we will get a replacement sent out.

I have also refunded you £3.50 which is what we paid the Royal Mail for the shipping, as I do not think it is acceptable that you should have any delivery cost on the order, even though we did not charge you for shipping.

Once again I am really sorry for the delay, but I hope that you understand this is down to the Royal Mail, not us and they are flat out on the busiest shipping week of the year.
