Awesome thanks
In an automated world it was fantastic to have an issue (not their fault) dealt with by a person. They could not have been helpful enough and resolved my issue in a way that they didnt need to. I cant recommend them enough.

Disappointing Quality
Bought the "Perfect Practice Putting Mat." After following all the instructions to flatten the mat, the sides and end of the mat remained curled up. Even after months of repeating these instructions, the golf ball is pushed off-line because the mat has not flattened out properly. As a result I cannot use the mat as it is advertised or intended to be used. Very disappointing quality for an expensive product.
