Got my GMC misrepresentation issue fixed!

Unresponsive and Unprofessional

I had a very disappointing experience with Sujan Paul. From the beginning, the communication was extremely poor and unprofessional.

During the verification process, I repeatedly asked for updates and clarification, but I was largely ignored. Out of more than 10 messages I sent, I received only 1 formal reply. The lack of communication made the entire process frustrating and left me constantly chasing for information.

Even if someone is busy or handling multiple clients, basic communication and regular updates are essential. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I expected a professional service but instead received delayed responses, little to no support, and very poor client communication.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Good experience

I'm privileged to come across a GMC specialist like Sujan. I personally recommend not working with this person.
If you still decide to work with him, make sure he delivers the work before you pay. I paid upfront, and from the moment he received the money, I felt like I was no longer a priority. In my experience, he kept me waiting for four months and never delivered what he promised.
Be careful — it’s at your own risk.

I respect your right to share your experience, however I would like to clarify that timelines in this type of work depend heavily on platform compliance reviews and policy decisions, which are not fully under my control.

I do not take any client lightly, and I communicate delays when they occur. That said, I regret that the outcome did not meet your expectations and I remain open to discussing this matter constructively.

I encourage potential clients to review all terms clearly before starting any service.

Would not recommend

Would not recommend. Took him 3 months and did not get any approved for over a week. He tried maybe 20 gmc's and 5 stores but not even one was online for more then 1 week.

He works on no cure no pay but I paid after one store was live for a week, one day after payment misrep again.. So money was gone.

I would like to clarify a few points:

Account approvals and suspensions are handled entirely by Google, and sometimes multiple attempts are required—even when following all policies correctly.

The “no cure, no pay” model means payment is made only when a store is live, which it was at the time of payment.

When the account faced a misrepresentation issue after payment, I continued offering support to resolve it, but Google’s automated systems can occasionally suspend accounts again despite correct setup.

That said, your dissatisfaction is important to me.
