I have just purchased my second used mobility scooter from them. There was a delivery problem with the first one, not GMS's fault, the weather was causing havoc but they kept in touch as to the delivery progress. It arrived and was spotless. As I said I have just part exchanged that one for a larger one. Again it arrived in fantastic condition but unfortunately there was a problem with the storage box, within two days of phoning a new box arrived. Fantastic customer service every time you contact them, a brilliant team

Excellent and efficient customer service from GMS Mobility.
My ex demo Careco Lite X scooter was delivered early morning 2 days ago. It was a brilliant price and is immaculate. I was also given a very fair price as part ex on my old scooter which was collected later that day.

I needed to sell a mobility scooter on behalf of a friend and contacted GMS Mobility by email. They responded very quickly, offered a good price and arranged for the mobilty scooter to be collected by a courier. All the arrangements went smoothly. On the day that GMS Mobilty received the scooter, they checked it over and paid the money into my friend's account. I am very grateful to them for such a prompt and efficient service.

I contacted GMS to buy a particular scooter. Their advice was to buy a different scooter that was cheaper. Thanks GMS. I saved about £500. Both types of scooter were available from GMS.

As a young 30 year old with a new onset disability i had absolutely no idea what to expect in my first experience purchasing a scooter. The scooter was delivered next day it is perfect! i cannot believe how much it has given this usually bed bound mum a new lease on life. I did have a few questions after purchase which the seller happily answered no matter what i asked which was lovely as i suffer from autism chromosome duplication and severe anxiety so the questions kept coming as i had no clue what i was able to do with the class of scooter i bought, and Joel even rang to talk me through it. lovely customer service i have never felt more at ease and confident i made the right purchase for myself with the right seller. When i upgrade to a bigger more powerful scooter as i gain confidence i will absolutely ONLY be considering ordering from this company.

I can’t speak highly enough of this company. The response to my initial request for a quote to buy my mobility scooter was very quick. Once I had accepted the offer, my scooter was collected within a couple of days and li received my payment the following day. The service was exceptional.

This was a company that I'd never heard of before last week but am I glad I searched and found them. I didn't want the hassle of selling my mobility scooter ,and contacted GMS. From the very beginning they were really helpful without pressurising me. My email was picked up very quickly ,they asked for photos which I sent and from that moment they gave me a quote,asked if I wanted to accept and then did all the arranging to get the scooter to their company.They kept me informed all the time.Once there,they looked it over and as promised the money was in my bank...brilliant.

Excellent service fast service and excellent service. Honest with given me a quote for my scooter. I thought I might get a little more money has I thought my scooter was worth more.
But the company said they can't pay me more because of the distance that I live in Cornwall.
I couldn't sell it in Cornwall because there's no decent company who I can trust. I recommend GMS company to everyone the are trustworthy and extremely efficient.

Very friendly and helpful I had a problem with first scooter I misjudged the size and realised I'd made a terrible mistake so I contacted GMS mobility and explained my situation and they kindly exchange the scooter which I did and now I'm feeling glad I contacted you the new one is bigger than expected but im happy so thank you very much for the excellent service I would definitely recommend this company

Struggling to see how to sell unwanted mobility scooter after my partner's death. Random googling led me to GMS Mobility. Couldn't be happier. Very prompt response to my initial enquiry, fair price offered, and very efficient arrangements with courier company. And very prompt payment. Would highly recommend. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Wherever could I start with the adjectives regarding the helpfulness of this company? Superb, caring, excellent service, polite...so much more. I have had one of my local charities looking after me for several years concerning the use of mobility scooters, but over the past few months I wasn't having a lot of luck. I had thought for a while about getting my own scooter but having no savings and my income going out on necessities, I thought I would go for getting one on credit. Whenever I am going to spend a lot of money, I check out on Trustpilot any company who I am thinking of buying from and GMS had a perfect review record, so I knew this was the one. They had a lovely medium sized scooter which would arrive within two working days, so no dragging days being housebound waiting for it to arrive, and they were kind enough to add mirrors to it for me too:) Even though it was weekend, whenever I messaged them, they got back to me speedily. Then out of the blue the charity brought me a great little and in good nick scooter. So...I cancelled the order with GMS!!?? I know...what!! Well as I said I have no money to speak of and being given a scooter to use over the years has been invaluable, as was this latest one from them. But GMS were lovely, just lovely. No bad feelings, no 'this is messing us about and inconvenient', no...just more understanding, caring attitude and a very quick refund in my credit account. God bless you GMS:)

After finding this chair online we phoned and spoke to Joel, who could not have been more helpful. He arranged VAT exemption and next day delivery. Having this has now given my 99 year old father complete access to his whole bungalow. Excellent service and we are very pleased with maneuverability of the chair. Thanks so much.
