You pay your bills
You pay your bills, give them readings and electricity comes out the sockets. They don't pester you to get a smart meter.

Gave me an excellent deal the first…
Gave me an excellent deal the first time I went with them and have continued to offer me excellent renewal deals. My bills arrive on time and are fully detailed and my meter readings are acknowledged promptly. I would recommend GENERGY to anyone wanting a competitive quote for energy provision as I have had no issues whatsoever with this company.

Good customer service and no problems with receiving bills, providing meter readings.
2 issues, still haven't received a smart meter and direct debits was increased due to account being in debit but now in credit so still not sure this has been set correctly.....
