GNERGY Opiniões

Great company, whenever we've had a problem ( not many) they have been fast and very efficient, and always very courteous.

Excellent pricing compared to previous companies for no change in usage. Great customer service , I tend to email and have been very happy with all responses.

Simply the best company I have ever used.

Have stayed with this company for a couple of years now, the energy rates were very competitive and you can always communicate directly with them easily enough.

Fantastic team of individuals that helped me move seamlessly to this great provider.

I've been with GnErgy for 3 years now with no problems whatsoever. Their renewals price is always competitive. They have recently updated their online portal so it's easier than ever to submit meter readings and see account details.
Highly recommeneded.

Not the cheapest and would benefit from shorter paper summary of usage but a satisfactory service.

Good service, no problems, happy to continue with GnERGY for a third year

I have contacted Gnergy a few times about queries and each time I have received a prompt reply that has answered my query. On the telephone, the customer service personnel are polite and friendly.

Reliable communication and very good responds.

Never had a problem with this company and happy to continue to use.

Good value, good communications.

Doing very well, keep it up the standard.

Great no nonsense Energy supplier that have supplied both my Gas and Electricity for over 4 years. I provide my meter readings via Email once a month which is acknowledged and any further help is only a simple phone call away. The staff are very polite, efficient and friendly, invoices are simple to understand and are competitively priced. What more could you want - did I mention the company was set up by ex British servicemen, namely the Gurkhas, our Nepalese friends and allies.

No problems - so that's perfect!

slow with setting up DD but otherwise very good service
