That said, we truly did our best to make things right after the small misprint in your first order, arranging a replacement in time for your father’s birthday, sending additional copies (including complimentary ones), and working with multiple suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Gracias por tu comentario y por elegir nuestro producto como regalo para tu hijo. Nos gustaría aclarar que, en la descripción del artículo, se especifica la opción de recibir el póster enmarcado. Sin embargo, en este caso, seleccionaste únicamente la lámina de tamaño DIN A2, sin marco. Lamentamos si esto no quedó suficientemente claro al momento de la compra.

Somos un proyecto pequeño que pone mucho esfuerzo en cada pedido, y valoramos enormemente las opiniones de nuestros clientes. No obstante, una puntuación baja por algo que no corresponde a un error de nuestra parte nos afecta significativamente.
