On the Otto pot the color on the bottom starts to fall off after less than a month (I used smallest gas burner and never put it in dishwasher) the reply was negative and very late…
Your packaging first caught my eye on social media - simple and black with a hint of mysteriousness. The excitement was even greater when my first order arrrived in my mailbox and I tried your delicious coffee. Since then I am your loyal customer!
I love the focus on design and quality GOAT Story has put in all of their products. They're simple, elegant but functional and it makes brewing coffee much more enjoyable. The GINA is probably my favorite of them all with the 3 in 1 brewer and it does every brew method wonderfully.
The simplicity in the design of their Cold Brew kit...the quality in material they used for the glass and the air tight lid as well as the reusable mesh filter makes it easier to make cold brew at home.
The coffee selection is also something to be excited about and I cant wait for them to expand more in this category.
Overall a great company with superior products and excellent customer service.
Love how coffee is always roasted fresh and smells amazing. Barrel aged coffee flavor is out of this world. The aesthetics of the whole brand is on point.
Superb customer service and products. Small company doing big things
Goat Story is dedicated to cater quality and great customer services. The coffee I received along with the cold brew kit were nothing but spectacular! I couldn’t recommend them enough.
I have been using GINA and ARCO for a long time (1.5-2 years).
Regarding design, they are aesthetic and functional.
GINA is a great all around brewer for pour over, cold drip and immersion methods. One may consider GINA without scale as you need to connect it to your phone via BT. Having a valve is a smart idea and give you room to switch between brewing methods.
ARCO does a good job for both espresso and pour over and even for Turkish coffee. It has a functional design and you can use its catch cup with 58mm portafilters. I wish its motor was a bit quiter but this is the design. Its grinding speed as hand grinder is also acceptable and it does not require much force to grind.
I had an issue with ARCO once and customer service sent me a new spare part with DHL in 2 days. This is also nice.
Overall, I recommend those products if their design appeals you.
Not receiving the coffee grinds ordered (whole beans instead of cold brew grind), so not able to test the new cold brewer and disapppinted with their slow-to-respond customer service.
Excellent product! The cup could use a better insulation method to keep the fluids warm for longer, though.
Too bad customs fees for real leather are as much as expensive as the item itself (Mexico). International shoppers beware, better order faux leather instead :P
