I ordered from these people, after searching gifts for goths, on Saturday for next day delivery. I thought that it would probably be Monday for Tuesday. During payment I realised that payment address was on shipping too. I telephoned left messages and emails. Tried to contact via Facebook and heard nothing back. I hoped that they would see/hear one of my messages and change the shipping address. The doorbell has just rang and the parcel has arrived here and, to add insult to injury, is a day late. Very disappointed

ordering was easy, arrived on time and the birthday girl was very happy with her bouquet and those that contributed commented on how good it looked

Arrived but no card where I had the message written on i wont buy anything from you again all you had to do was put a card with what I wrote on the personal message written on it.

Says its was delivered and it wasnt and I didnt hear back from them when I told them I bet it would have been nice if I recived it

Absolutely fab gift, looks just as advertised and my mum loved it, delivered on time in perfect condition.

Ordered item on 4th January asking for it to be delivered on 10th Jan for a birthday.
Didn’t receive any communication until 10th saying it had been sent to courier.
If it wasn’t possibe to be delivered on this day it would have been helpful to know & I could have ordered flower’s etc for the person to receive on their birthday from elsewhere. Won’t be using again im afriad.
