I recently placed an order for 2 Leeds Utd special addition shirts and very much doubted I would see any goods for my money. However I can confess I had great communication with the owners / managers of the the company and anytime I emailed with concerns on delivery I was updated almost immediately. Pleased to say my items arrived after waiting around 3 weeks and the quality of both is excellent for the prices paid. Will definitely use these again and for anyone else doubting then I can with confidence say you will have no issues.

het is een fijne website met mooie voetbal shirts en prima/goede kwaliteit alleen duurt het bij mij wel een paar weken voordat het aankomt maar verder raad ik het aan om eens een keer te kijken voor een uniek of nieuw voetbal shirt

If you are doubting the site like I was don’t worry ordered cleats and jersey came but late which is fine but very nice

After 4 1/2 weeks I am Still waiting for my order . Tracking has it in NJ for the last 22 days ! I reached out to the company asking them to find my order . No information from company. I have been told to wait till end of December and they may refund me. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift….I’m really upset.

The quality of the shirts is amazing and they are usually good at responding quickly but shipping takes a bit in the US but is definitely worth the wait

I just got my Barcelona 24-25 away kit, they are awesome, nice quality and nice service, GoatKits replied all my e-mails quickly and they helped me on everything!!

Goat kits got back to me asked for pictures of the fake adidas predator football boots witch I replied with many pictures showing why they are fake
I did this only to be told I recived what I ordered . I told them a no point did I ask them to send mr counterfeit adidas predator football boots
Goatkits will not accept the fact they are selling fake goods
After a lot of back and forth they wouldn't accept fake sports equipment is unsafe
The did offer me 20% discount to use at the store on what I can only assume would be more counterfeit goods HA Ha ha

I was taking a leap of faith by buying from this store. They had specific limited edition jerseys that I couldn't find anywhere else and had been looking for, for over a year..... as they had long been sold out. The goods took some time to make their way to me but I was kept in the loop with the tracking number. The jerseys are top notch quality and I will definitely be placing more orders in the very near future. I highly recommend GoatKits.

Tracking number doesn’t work waited well over seven days for my sons item his birthday has been and gone what a disgrace of a company I’m now seeking a refund through the bank avoid at all costs

Boots arrived yes but after four weeks of waiting they only took notice when I left a bad review then asked to change it box was all bashed as if it was kicked up and down but my son is happy with his late birthday present

Quality products but more importantly great customer service, highly recommend this website!

EDITED/UPDATE: I received the jersey with very good quality in the specified time frame. My only issue is that they should improve their communication.
They gave me a tracking number that is invalid in any postal tracking platform with no progress for more than 2 weeks if the item is already dispatched or not. Then the tracking number was changed and it was then valid. They don't answer promptly with indirect unresolved responses. Company information not in the site. No address. No names of who is the person talking to you. The item came from China. The item quality is great and the price is cheaper than buying from original stores but the communication should be improved. There should be transparancy.

I ordered from this website sheepishly but convinced by their outstanding prices and they DELIVERED!!! The shirts are of amazing quality and I will be buying from here again!!!

I have ordered two times and I got happy both times. A bit longer delivery time, but the kits made it worth it.

All the jerseys are of very good quality.
