Perfect motorcycle gloves. I read reviews that they were too stiff & rigid. Was not my experience. Rubbed some leather conditioner on it and totally comfortable.!would highly recommended

Pacakaging was upside down. Glass was shattered and was offered a piece of glass as a replacement. I’m sure that glass will also come destroyed, so I’m hoping I can just send this thing back.
Edit: it’s been about a week and a half. I’ve recieved a couple emails, each one being at 4:00 am or earlier. I now can no longer get a hold a hold of this terrible company and hope to god that I just get a refund.
Edit #2: I wish I could show you pictures on this terrible review to show you how terrible this company is. So, apparently my last 3 messages and somehow my phone calls all went to a spam folder. HUH. Weird. Very odd that your customer service stops working once I ask for a replacement. What I also found very odd is that I threatened to go to my bank and then the next day (after waiting 8 days) I was responded to. Seems this buisnesss is MONEY HUNGRY. DO. NOT. ORDER. Also, how many people do you have ordering a Willie Stargell plaque at the same time to where you needed all this extra information. I ordered the same type of thing from another company. Guess what, came three layer bubble wrapped with packing peanuts up to the brim. You folks put my package upside down in the box with 57 packing peanuts (Would love to send you a photo) and yes, I could count them. This is by far THE WORST company I’ve ever bought from. I guess I should also say that the actually quality of the plaque was absolutely worthless. Fake autograph that literally would wipe off with a dry cloth. It’s taped up on the back like the hell is that. Just an fyi, if I don’t receive this return label in the next three days I’m going to my bank. Edo Light, if that’s even a real person, clearly has no care in getting your stuff in correctly as they will just tell you that your emails and somehow the extensive calls and messages you left went to a spam folder. He then will ask you to leave a better review because they’re a small business that needs your help. Well folks the clock is ticking. You have until Wednesday and then you’re losing my money. Screw all of you. I hope you really reconsider owning a business because you’re not very good at it. So in conclusion, your company sucks. That’s my revaluation that you wanted so badly. You probably don’t even remember sending it EDO. Thanks for no help and thanks for stealing from me.
Edit#3 (after company reply): I’ve already explained that your email is not working. I’ve asked twice for you to send it and it never came. I’m done working with you as I never received it. So reply to your god*** emails please. I sent you everything you need to know multiple times. This should’ve been figured out about two weeks ago. I needed this done by the 12th and you guys have totally ruined it. So thanks but I had a demand and your fake American company decided to scam all of us.
P.S: I just received the “verification” for the shipping label that I asked for a month ago. Too bad I already went to the bank. Thanks for the money back you scammers, too bad I had to get it back myself from the bank like I said I would.

Item stated 2-3 week production time. Actually took over 3 months to receive. Company sent the incorrect stone and is claiming it’s a natural stone variation which is obviously not true. They offer two colors on their website and they sent me the wrong one. After so much back and forth just trying to get this item im 2500$ and three months in with still not what I ordered. Would not work with this company at all, let alone order this item. Ordered from another company and will be getting a lawyer involved if I’m not issued a refund soon.

Bought a dresser for my daughters room less than a year ago and the drawers are already falling apart. Cheap material. Quality is less than the cost. Avoid at all costs.

My product arrived swiftly and was exactly what I expected!

Wasn’t satisfied with my purchase and was told I could not return it since it was customized. Only thing customized is the $5 name plate. Filed a dispute with my bank.

I wish there was a zero star option. The asked for full payment up front and confirmed the mantle we had ordered was in production and then forgot about the order even though I asked for regular updates; they would say that production had started even though it had not. After six months of waiting they just told us they could not make it for the price they had initially quoted and only offered a refund as compensation. We are still waiting for that refund a month after the fact. Please do yourself a service, do not deal with these scammers if you can avoid it.

Delightful product and speedy delivery.

They lie about shipping times. Went from 10 days to 60 days. Claim to be in Tennessee but everyone you deal with doesn't speak English and it takes them days to respond (6 days in my case). This is a fake USA Store that's just a Shopify front for a Chinese distributor.

Chairs are awesome quality and are Identical to the seats in the UCF arena.

Website was straightforward, prices were better than the alternatives, communication was thorough enough I didn’t wonder what the status was.
