I am still waiting my order already 2 weeks.

Bought 2 boards at a discount for my husband and friend. We played with them all last weekend. So much fun! Now I have to buy one for myself! Turns really well. The large wheels make it easy to run over stuff on the ground and it folds up small enough to take on the airplane. Awesome product!

Installing the board was super easy! The instructions were clear and simple.If it's your first time removing pieces from the longboard, not to worry, you'll get it. They come with a couple allen wrenches but you'll need your own tools to remove the existing wheels from your board.

Great product and great customer service.

After a week of sending photos and videos of the deck that did not work on arrival telling me open the device to check battery and connections and make short circuits on the switches and send videos of this. I don't know anything about electronics and opening a sealed waterproofed system seems irresponsible for me to do. All while I keep asking time and again for a return label to exchange the device it all came to an end with me posting my disappointment on their Facebook page to receive a final email from the company insulting me telling me to F..k Off and even mentioning my mother in the email.
Now I am waiting for pay-pal to resolve it.
Would i recommend product of company?

For all I know they send damaged items and don't refund.
I might be wrong, I only have my experience to judge them on.

I ordered a power deck and a set of extra wheels.
I never received the wheels and the deck did not work.
After telling to open the deck reconnect battery essentially removing any waterproofing to send them video of this to then reconnect and try to short out the PCI board all the while refusing to reimburse or arrange replacement and return of this board.
This for a week i then get told why should they send me a item and not get to keep the money...... maybe because you sent me half a order and the half you sent did not work...
I think the question is why should I pay for two items and not receive them but receive one broken one and expect to be happy with that.

Issue is not that you refunded me for wheels, issue is that you never sent them and what you did send was broken and that you keep telling me to fix it after I told you I cant and that you don’t want to arrange collection and that you don’t want to accept responsibility for this after I have been telling you all week I want o sent it back to you.
I have sent you emails with fotos and videos of everything I have done as you have requested and your only reply is…….
But I shipped out a working and 399 worth product out for what? For nothing?

Problem is you sent me something broken or if not broken then not working and the fact that you insult me
and bring my mother into the conversation tells me loads about you.

Anyway. you are right that we do not have this kind of experience before. We have sold over 200 Electric BoardUp. and yours is the first case totally not work.

You can have Paypal to make arbitration. They will ask the seller to refund once the seller receives the returned item.

So here is my suggestion.

I will refund you in full. How about you help me to find the root cause by sending me a video showing that the PCB has the battery power. and the PCB connects to the power button( shows the physical connection is good). but when you press the button, it does not work. The reason is to help us to narrow down the reason. so that we can fix the problem in the next production.

Had a great experience, I got multiple updates on my order and was helped along the way due to my overseas shipping.

Board came in 14 days, one day earlier than actually scheduled! Board looks like its been made out of high quality materials. So far I'm happy with it!

With some tweaking, the boards work as intended. I wish they did a disclaimer that practicing the twisting opening method would sometimes cause the board to flip dark side, and damage the deck tape. I bought two boards, one was great out of the box, the other needed adjusting of the cable collar

Excellent skateboard! Everything is of top-notch quality.
However, it'll be nice if future board can have some form of protection for the back-flap of the skateboard, as it seems that in order to fold, it's required to skid the back part onto the ground, which i believe will cause the back-wooden flap to wear down over time.

(However, I have to note that I'm a beginner myself, and not sure if those are part of the "normal" wear of skateboarding)

Box came a little beat up and the board had a few marks on it. Shipping took a while. Ordered 7/15 got it 8/5.

The rising experience on my BoardUp is sooo smooth and gets me around my area QUICKLY! It easily folds in half and fits in my backpack and its handle makes it comfortable to carry for extended periods. As someone who has been skateboarding for more than a decade, I wish BoardUp had been in my life years ago!

After the skateboard was paid, the board up company told me first that there was a delay of the delivery because some brakes issues and then that there was no shipping to mexico. So I request refunded but I wastes time calling to my bank because board up tried to charge two skateboards but paypal and inbursa helped me.

It was great only think I'll recommend fixing should be make it a little more simple like guide lines. Other than that it was a great website. The board was awesome I love it's so convenient and cool and modern looking, my only problem is that when I try to open it I have to spin it and sometimes it doesn't land and damages my board.

Package with board arrived quickly and board looks nice and flawless. I still have to use it extensively but so far I feel like I received a product that's worth the asking price.

Best board I've owned in a great long while. Might seem like a dongrade from my Loaded Tan Tien, but I find it to be just a comfortable of a ride :) turns on a Dame, the locking mechanism is smoth as glass; hop off, kick the switch with my heel, and up she folds. I've used it since Wednesday (June 5th 2019) and it's now friday. 4 mile round trip commute on the daily up and down hills. can't wait to invest in the motor

For the company - excellent service, quick delivery, very responsive customer support. Highly recommended.

For the board itself - I am actually surprised by the build quality and the capabilities of the electric motor on the board. Very good first impressions!
