GoCarpathian has been a great resource to us! We started off with some recruiters who were missing the mark but leadership swiftly stepped in and we were re-assigned a superstar recruiter, Juan A, who did a fabulous job representing our organization. The GoCarpathian team was very patient with us, and presented us with some really great candidates. They are all high communicative and helpful. We have just hired for our first role and look forward to other opportunities down the road as our business grows.

I've used several different hiring agencies in the past, GoCarpathian has easily been the best. Inside of 72 hours of kicking off, I had 4 interviews with candidates that were more than qualified my role. Offered less than a week after kicking off, you can't ask for anything better than that.
