Map is incorrect

The map of Broadlands big lake is incorrect. Peg 31 is not in the right position and so I booked a swim that I didn’t want.

Thanks for letting us know, and I’m really sorry about this — we completely understand how frustrating it is to book a swim based on the map and find it isn’t positioned correctly. That’s not the experience we want for any angler.

Booking made easy

This app makes booking a fishing session easier. I found this app useful because it guarantees me a peg when i arrive, also allows me to pay in advance.

Booking on Catch

Booking on Catch.
I must admit, I’ve not always found it that easy to book a swim on Catch (more than likely down to me)? However, I really struggled to find the Senior concession whilst booking yesterday (Sunday).
Despite the fact it was Sunday, the response was rapid and the problem resolved and I was reimbursed instantly.
Absolutely brilliant, Thank you Tim and Marie.

Amazingly good service

I had to amend a date pretty quickly on a Saturday evening. Not thinking that anyone would reply to me until the Monday, I received an immediate reply same day and then I responded and got a reply at 8.30pm on a Sunday, the first weekend after the New Year break. Great service and not something that you see much nowadays ... Hats off to Marie for a super service, thank you Marie, really appreciate it.

Said there were alot of swims free when…

Said there were alot of swims free when I arrived alot had buckets in, your not ment to arrive til 11 and when we arrived there was a bailiff fishing and he had bucketed 2 swims next to him they were there the whole time we were there and also bailiff fishing opposite had done the same with the swim next to him plus buckets dotted around everywhere with nobody fishing the swims

We understand how disappointing it is to arrive expecting available swims, only to find them blocked off with buckets and not being actively fished. That’s not the experience we want anglers to have.

Swims should only be reserved in line with the fishery’s rules, and we’ll be raising this directly with the venue to make sure availability is being managed fairly and consistently, especially around arrival times. If you’re happy to email us at support@gocatch.fish
