The booking did not book the boat
The booking did not book the boat, so after a 2 hour drive to the venue, they had no boat.

Hi Derek, I’m really sorry about your experience — especially after a two-hour drive. I’ve checked and can see you selected “Day Permit & Boat Hire | 4 Fish + Catch & Release,” so the boat should have been reserved. Boats are allocated by the venue, so it looks like something went wrong at the venue. If you experience issues, please email support@gocatch.fish with your booking ID and date. We’ll investigate with the venue right away and put this right.

Friendly Helpful Marie
The Main Thing that made my Experience Great about using this Excellent App was the Fantastic Service that I received with Changes that I needed to make to my Original Bookings.
That was Totally Due to “Marie”who Handled my Queries and the Changes that I made to the Bookings,
She was Very Helpful and Friendly and Dealt with the Situation Very Professionally and Promptly.
It Certainly makes a Change these Days to actually Deal with Someone who Firstly Knows What They are Doing and Secondly being able to actually Sort the situation out in Such a Friendly Helpful Manner .
The App was Very User Friendly and Easy to Use.

Lake I wanted to fish was not visible…
Lake I wanted to fish was not visible to book, so was advised to book a different lake and then go and fish the one I wanted. Admin fee was added on top!!

Hi Dale. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about the confusion when booking your lake — that’s definitely not the smooth experience we want anglers to have. The admin fee covers secure payment processing and booking management. I can see you booked at Chichester Lakeside. The lakes we have listed are under their control, so if they have another lake at the venue not listed under Catch, then that's their decision and not ours.
There are no support requests raised by you to Catch, so I'm not sure who you spoke to regarding the booking.
