I paid a lot of money for their ridiculous membership service, but every time I check for Prices, they are really high. My tenant called them directly and got a cheaper price and I could get after paying their ridiculous membership fee. Simply not worth it and the Customer Service is really terrible.

This is a fraud company , I have my account fro. Last year and used for gardening they have given £30 pound credit and after that mislead of £300 credit vouchers , I disputed and stopped my account immediately .
They keep your credit card details and this year again debit my card with auto renewal services .

I am fighting to get back my money . Don’t use this company at all .

I've had two experiences with Go Fantastic using their cleaners. The first time was VERY expensive, but the cleaning work was great. So I went with them again, now years later. Again, much more expensive than competitors but I knew I'd be pleased. Well, they sent three unprofessional, horribly dressed young cleaners to do my end of tenancy cleaning. They did an awful job, they argued and lied (over where they had cleaned. Eg windowsills, clearly very dirty even with dead flies). I showed photos to Go Fantastic and they refunded something inconsequential like 20% which was far, far too little given the stress, arguing, back and forth with customer service. I would never, ever use Go Fantastic for anything. They send bad workers and their customer service is very poor.

I had two jobs - for a fan light to be replaced and to replace a toilet seat. I told the person on the phone that I would not make a booking for one job as it would not be worth it and asked them to check that they could send someone who could do both jobs. After checking they booked it quickly for 08.00 the next day.

The handyman arrived at 8.30 this morning and when shown the box of the fan light immediately said that he is not allowed to touch electrics. When I finally got in contact with their offices the person dealing with the call first asked the handyman if he could do it anyway but when he said he couldn't then repeated to me that a handyman is not allowed to touch electrics and the handyman asked if I had any other jobs that could take up the minimum charging period of 1 hour! I said no.

I feel that they booked the job under false representations as I would never have booked to have only a toilet seat changed at all! I think they should not charge me for this (literally a 10 minute job) or should have offered to send out someone to change the light at no extra charge. So far I haven't even received an apology!
