customer relations service is non existent.
They sent the wrong item, then I had to pay for the return shipping, they were extremely blunt in their customer support, they didn’t even offer me a replacement for the right size bottle. I don’t recommend using this company. Terrible service.

The problem here appears to be the customer believes we sent the wrong item. However, the customer actually purchased the wrong item which we did make clear in our communications.
We do not offer exchanges for a different item, in fact the customer requested a refund or replacement so we offered the refund option. As the customer purchased the wrong item, it is normal procedure for the buyer to pay for the return. The refund was issued promptly on return.

My order took very long to arrive
My order took a long to arrive, for such a small package which could've been posted quicker. I had to compensate a client because I couldn't finish the job on time. Other than that the product was as expected. I guess I'll be shopping elsewhere...

This customer was advised when ordering that delivery to France would be up to 11 business days. The order arrived after 9 business days, i.e. 2 days before the end of the delivery window.
Excellent Service
Goods received within a couple of days of ordering. Well packaged and good communication informing me of despatch of goods and when they would arrive. Would buy from again as need arises
