I’m currently beta testing the Kailo 2.0. Right from the start when I pulled it out of the envelope I could see this was going to be a game changer. This patch is much more flexible than the regular Kailo patch. I’m finding that it stays on much longer because it moves with me rather than being rigid and pulling off of its tape. The included adhesive patches aren’t the correct size but apparently this will be addressed when the production model comes out. The functionality of the patch itself still works very well in reducing my back pain. I would definitely recommend this one.

I have been using Kailo patches for over one year with very satisfactory results decreasing my knee pain. I agreed to test this new patch. I found the same amount of pain relief; however, the patch was much more flexible, stayed on quite easily and the adhesive left no residue. This is an improvement of an already very good product.

I was dealing with pretty serious shoulder pain due to both tendinitis and bursitis, and it was affecting me a lot, especially since I work a very physically demanding job. The pain would flare up regularly and sometimes make even basic movements uncomfortable.
After trying the Kailo 2.0, I was honestly surprised by how much it helped. In some cases, I felt relief almost instantly, with my pain level noticeably dropping. While it didn’t “cure” the underlying issues, it made day-to-day function much more manageable and took the edge off the pain when I needed it most.

I’m happy to give the Kailo 2.0 patch 5 stars. I’ve been using it for knee pain from a prior meniscus tear along with arthritis, and it has made a noticeable difference for me. While it doesn’t completely eliminate the pain, it significantly reduces the achiness—especially in the mornings when I’ve worn it overnight.

I’ve also had great success with the adhesive; it stays in place well and is easy to use. On top of that, customer service has been incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience even better.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend it to others looking for additional, non-medicated pain relief.

After trying the flex patch and then the kailo patch , the minute I opened this one the 2.0 I knew I was gonna love it and I did!!! it’s like a combination of the flex and the regular Kailo in that it is flexible and at the same time seems to be durable.

Used this with a certain amount of hesitationBUTplea sed to say that it gave instant relief to my lower back and after 4 days managed to put above my knee which gave instant relief the only problem encountered was the sticky backs don't always go on rasily

Everything about this experience and company has been truly supportive, helpful, and honestly amazing. I purchased the original Kailo Patch (1 year version) about a year of so ago to help my husband with some shoulder pain. He liked it but his pain resolved and did not need it any longer.

About 2 months ago I started to have pain in between my shoulder blades. I pulled the original patch out and it initially helped my pain. However the pain finally settled in my upper neck after a few days and has remained there. I had difficulty getting the current patch to really adhere around my neck due to the difficulty of that location and I contacted Kailo customer support for helpful tips. They gave me some but those did not really work for me despite the extensive time they spent with me looking for solutions.

I reached back out to them for further tips, and they offered me an opportunity to be a beta tester for their new Kailo 2.0 patch that will be coming out soon. This patch was a game changer! It is extremely flexible and allowed me to position it right where I needed it. And the adhesive does not bother my skin (I have a lot of chemical allergies) and does not leave any residue. I am unfortunately still dealing with the neck pain, but this patch has helped so much. Some days, I have no pain at all. And on others, I have manageable pain but only with the Kailo!

Everything from their customer service to their superior product has been outstanding. Their support team is so knowledgable about the product including placement tips. And they offer a concerierge call with their staff if needed, to give additional 1:1 feedback about better ways to place the patch to help your pain.

I never expected when I bought this to help my husband that I would be the one wearing it daily, but I am grateful for the opportunity to use their devices. Kailo patches have really transformed my pain and they are a truly viable option for so many people who deal with daily pain.

Kailo pain patches has a great customer service department. Everyone has been courteous and helpful. They use nerve pathways to place the patches. When the staff helps with the patch placements, they are more successful than when I put the patch on where I think it should go.

This thing changed my life. I live with chronic, persistent nerve pain in my back due to scoliosis and the kailo pain patch reduces my pain by 80-90%. I wear it all the time except in the shower. Absolutely love it

The Kailo 2.0 patch is marvel in pain management and medical technology. It is extremely thin, lightweight and comfortable to wear to the point that you almost forget that it is there. Win-win!

I have had 4 vertebrae fused in my lumbar back, which fi x ed some areas of pain and caused more. I have chronic severe pain in my hips, lower back and neck. Most days the level of pain is a 7 out of 10 and makes me unable to function. With the kailo 2.0, the level of pain drops to a 3! Amazing!!

The new 2.0 patch is much more flexible, and I can comfortably wear it, even on my neck. I love the adhesive as well. I have used the patch for 2 weeks and I've only replaced the adhesive once. I can move the patch and the adhesive remains sticky. It is not painful to remove. It is more like a silicone adhesive.

I can't wait for the 2.0 patch and adhesives to be available. I need to get more! One more for myself and a couple for my husband.

This was a great patch! Significantly reduced the pain. Very easy to use.

I received a prototype patch that Kailo is developing. The company representative was very helpful in sending diagrams of the new pain I have been experiencing in my shoulder; previously I have used their products to help alleviate lower back and hip pain. My pain level in my shoulder was at a 5-6 level when I received the new product; after wearing it a few hours 2-3 days, my pain is now a 0. (I am thinking I must have strained a muscle and it let up after a couple weeks).
Love the flexibility of the new patch, it is a big improvement over the original Kailo patch which I found too stiff and uncomfortable to wear (location and movement have a lot to do with that.) I have a slight sensitivity to adhesives so I tend to avoid wearing anything 24/7. The new adhesive did not trigger my skin after 12 hours, but it also did not retain its stickiness very well once it was removed. (The previous adhesives I used with the Kailo flex patch would retain stickiness if I put the backing over them and then reused them, usually could get a week's use out of one sheet of adhesive.)
I still would recommend this new patch, it was effective in managing my pain level.

My experience with the 2.0 patch has been so good. I love the flexibility and softness of the patch. It allows me to place it in the correct spot ( curved around the top of my shoulder) to help pain reduction.  I am waiting for a shoulder replacement scheduled on 4/16/26 and this patch is helping more than the other Kailo patches (I have both types) have done. The adhesive is much easier to change than the adhesive on the original flex version. I am a long time Kailo user that started with treating my back pain and always opt for trying them as a first step in pain relief before taking any of my Tramadol.

I have used the Kailo 1.0 patch since last year and was asked to be a beta tester for the new Kailo Flex 2.0. I have used it for 2 weeks and find it better than the 1.0. It covers more skin surface area, does not wrinkle at all, seems to stick better and overall is very comfortable to wear. I am not a candidate for back surgery so any product I find that helps keep my pain level at 1-2 most days is fantastic!

The new Kailo 2.0 patch is a great improvement over the Kailo original! It works very well for non-drug relief of chronic back/leg pain. It is a bit thinner, more flexible than the original. Kailo 2.0 stays in place well including during showering. It also relieves some of the skin itching experienced with the original Kailo. Overall, two big thumbs up for Kailo 2.0!!

I’ve used the regular kailo original patch for almost 2 years and I love it however it is hard to place it in certain places because it doesn’t bend like I would need it to!

I then found out that they were doing a new patch. That is flexible so I’ve been trying it out for the last two weeks and I have to say I love it. It molds to your body. It stays on your body longer and it actually does take the pain away some days. It doesn’t take it all away, but for someone like me who’s in a wheelchair have rotator cuff tears with pending surgeries for that I’ve had multiple hand surgeries that a couple of them failed. I have pain in my knees. I have L3,L4,L5, S1 C5,C6,C7 all bulging discs in back and neck so I have a lot of pain. The Flex version is easier to place over the shoulders, knees and in the back areas as well as in my shins for the foot pain I have.

I find that it works about the same as the original With the advantage of it molding to your body shape! I was pleasantly surprised at how well it adhered to the body stayed in place for longer periods of time than the original has on me on average I have pain on a scale from 0 to 10 on a normal daily given I usually have a 7 1/2 on days where I do things extra or my back slips a little bit more it goes up to a 10 these actually have helped with my shoulder especially my left shoulder rotator cuff tear is worse than the right one it's hard to sleep because of that so I wrap the flexible patch from my back around to the front of my shoulder and it has helped with better range of motion the pain from a 9 1/2 to 10 down to like a 6 1/2 which for me is like saying no pain at all because I'm constant pain so to get it relieved by three points is wonderful there are days where I use the patch and it actually makes me forget I have any pain which then I get to go out and play with my pup that's 11 months old and out in the wheelchair I can maneuver run away from the puppy use my arms to throw the frisbee and just play which I normally can't!

I've had trouble when I post on this website because they don’t believe that I’m a real person but I am and if you’re someone like me who has multiple issues that get tired of taking pain medicine medicines, over-the-counter medicines dealing with pain constantly I highly recommend you trying this patch! I can’t promise you the same results as what I’ve gotten from kailo patch, but I honestly feel that it would be worth you investing in one trying it out. They do have like a 30 day moneyback guarantee. 

I was given the original patch from my mom as a gift. I laughed and didn’t think that it was gonna do anything for me. I’m like I’m on a prescription medication’s. I go to physical therapy. I take over-the-counter medicines. How is this little patch gonna take anything away she begged me to try it so I did and to my surprise it actually works for me. I would recommend it to anyone who’s like me a chronic pain patient! It actually allows my mind to stop thinking of the pain all the time it gives me the opportunity to enjoy and give me back some of my life and I know this sounds like snake oil salesman, but I’m not I am giving you an honest review of a product that I am using that I have found actually gives me pain relief and I feel it’s not only an honor but my duty to try and help others that may benefit from the same type of treatment that I’m using again it doesn’t take all my pain away, but it lessons it quite a bit. It gives me part of my life back that I didn’t think I’d have you again and for that I’d give it a nine out of 10. I’d give it a total 10 out of 10 if it took the whole pain away, and I didn’t feel anything at all, but I don’t feel like any product can do that but this patch the flex patch is worth investing in. It’s worth using because I’ve limited my pain medication‘s my over the counter medicines my icy hot use by using this patch and again I can’t promise you the same results as me, but if you get one, and it helps you then, as a person who has taught elementary school her entire life and has always wanted to help others learn if this helps one other person not feel the pain that they go through every day at the intensity that they feel every day then it was worth my time doing this review again the flex patch I would give a nine out of 10 for pain relief I would give it an eight out of 10 for comfort. I’d give it a nine out of 10 for design flexibility breathability, and to allow me to move without it gapping and creating air pockets. It really is a good design and a good patch.!

My mom used the pain patch for tendinitis in her thumb when it got really bad. It'd hurt to even touch her thumb prior to putting the patch on. With it on the pain was significantly reduced and she was able to work and use her thumb again. She said the pain went from an 8 to a 2 once the patch was on. It worked great to reduce pain so that she could function again!
