I phoned in the first time as it says on their website “we don’t take card payments, call us or send an email if you’d like to place an order”. The colleague confirmed that they take orders over the phone. However, at this time I was just enquiring and not making an order yet. After a couple of days, when I was ready to make an order, I phoned in again. This time I was met with a rude and lazy colleague, who was not bothered to assist and told me that they don’t take orders over the phone and to send in an email if I wanted to place an order. I then sent an email about the unprofessional, rude behaviour I received and requested to make an order. Over a month has passed and no one has responded. This means that you cannot order via the website, via phone or even via email. I am not sure why the website and company still exist in that case. I would not recommend and definitely would not bother investing my money and doing business with such a company.

Bit confused. The company blurb on the website says it has been in business for over thirty years but Companies House states the company under whose name it trades i.e. GBL International Limited, was incorporated on 15th August 2023.
Is there another Goldbank perhaps or did it trade under another name?
