My sweet 20 yo son who has a developmental disability bought me a Teddy Dog Plush Toy because I was sad at the recent loss of my dog. It cost him a fortune and he was so excited about it. What arrived was nothing at all like the product advertised. It was junk!!! My son was so heartbroken.
I am so furious. 😡😡😡😡

This is advertised as soft step leather arch support orthopedic sandals at £32 discounted from £79.
It is hard to trace as there is no record once payment has been made...no transaction number or invoice.
Not leather and poor construction.
I contacted the credit card company who are raising concerns under section 75 of the consumer credit act.Do Not Buy on any of the sites advertised..soft step or any orthopedic product until you check with trust pilot

Total Scam - you pay $70 for a Genuine leather jacket but what is delivered is a cheap, nasty Polyester/Spandex jacket. It even has a label stating that is what it's made of! Don't give this nasty person - Oscar Minnaard - any of your money.

Disgusting customer service. Late delivery and when it arrived it was advertised as linen! It was polyester. As soon as I emailed them regarding this they stopped replying. I wanted to return the package to get a refund and the return address is in the UK, it’s from China so unknown if it will actually arrive there or not.

Shockingly bad customer service, incredibly slow shipping, and very poor quality products. Items looked nothing like the pictures and the material was cheap and nasty. One of the dresses even arrived with 3 burn holes in it!! What a disgusting experience. Don’t waste your time or money dealing with this shonky mob.

This company is a joke, ordered 2 products and delivery took at least 8 weeks. Finally got the product and it was sub standard to say the least. The print of the anchor on the front was upside down !!!!! the material was cheaper than what you would buy in bali for $2.00....Anyway still waiting on refund ? What a joke and what a crap company.

Fraudulent website that markets items as premium Golden Boutique Sands designed, branded and manufactured. In reality these are generic ultra low quality drop shipped products similar to what you see on Amazon from generic Chinese manufacturers.

My order arrived damaged, all tags ripped off (even though it was in the generic manufacturers shipping bag), holes poked through it, every stitch coming loose.

Do not purchase from this website.

I'd give ZERO if I could !!! Slow delivery time. Slow response by customer service. Website claims 24 hours, it took over two weeks for them to respond to my email.
Then they refused to provide a refund for returned items. This company is not based in the UK, as the website states. It is based in China. Do not deal with them.

Scam. They send a cheap product that has nothing in commun with the website description. I lost my money because it would cost so much money to send then back the product in their factory in China (they re not at all in London like they claim) , without any certainty they would give the refund.
You hear about those fake websites, that is one of them.

No complex ordering and massive experience.

Average shipping speed. It took 10 days to arrive, which was a bit long since I needed it for a weekend getaway.

The sizing is a bit inconsistent. I ordered two dresses in the same size; one fit perfectly while the other was too tight around the waist.
