HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. we started our process of buying house 7 months ago later to figure out the house needed probation sorted. Goldsmiths solicitors especially Maariyah and Shahid worked hard to complete the transaction within 6 weeks (with mostly delays on seller side) before the expiration of mortgage offer. considering the mortgage rates boomed after we got our offer and we couldn’t afford to get another offer with increased rates.
Definitely coming back in future.
