Bought the stack system a year or two back (Word of warning, do do the stretches etc and gym work with it as can lead to some niggling injuries with the faster clubhead speed), but after a year or so someone broke into my car and annoyingly stole with a load of other stuff the associated weights that go with the stack club-rendering it useless.

Reached out to stack system (US based) and they responded straight away putting me in touch with Golf Swing Systems (I had forgotten who’d i bought it originally with) and between the two companies immediately worked to dispatch a new set. With so much bad service around, shout out to these guys. Really good experience.

Thank you very much for stocking this great bit of kit. It is super lightweight and easy to attach — once it’s on the grip you forget it’s even there. Being able to start and stop recording without walking back to the phone makes practice so much smoother. The photo feature is brilliant for checking alignment and setup. I have no doubt it will be even better when used properly on the course.

I ordered the TRS Slider in size MEDIUM but when it arrived it was too small (idiot) so I emailed them and they said no worries we can either exchange it via DHL and they will deliver your Large TRS Slider and they will take the medium back. The next day I got a 1hr delivery spot via DHL and it arrived the same day. Superb service and shipping.

Firstly: customer service is excellent and very responsive. Secondly: there are several good TRS videos to guide a person in using the slider correctly and, thirdly, it is really tightening up my swing - backswing right through to follow through. Vastly superior to tucking a glove under my arm!

I don't write many reviews, and I like to think I am understanding and realistic. But the service I have received in relation to answering questions about an order and chasing up delivery has been extremely poor, including their use of a 3rd party "overflow answering service" when they can't answer themselves -- which seems most of the time. I am interested to see other reviewers have had a similar experience. Promising next day delivery is not just about the speed of delivery but ensuring you will be available to receive the goods. They don't provide any way of tracking, so the customer is then stuck in a loop of GSS and their 3rd party. Very unsatisfactory. Potential customers might want to bear this in mind. Not a patch on Amazon’s customer service, though I admit they are very good at bombarding you with follow up marketing emails!

When buying a launch monitor I needed advice on the tech hardware setup and received great advice from Alex before purchase. I ordered a flightscope monitor through Golf Swing Systems online which arrived promptly and well packaged. On first use I noticed a significant manufacturing fault (unlucky with the sealed unit) and immediately contacted the team at GSS. Having been assisted by Alex previously, for continuity I was directed to Alex again who apologised for the inconvenience on behalf of flightscope and sorted a replacement until. Everyone was nice to deal with, helpful and totally great when sorting out a warranty issue that was not of their creating.

I contacted GSS after a couple of months of a product I had bought that wasn’t quite working as advertised. Without any fuss at all, Tracey who I dealt with, immediately offered me options of exchange, refund or replacement . More than that she proactively arranged collection of the product (navigating a few issues with the courier) and had my product replaced. Excellent, efficient service . Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

The warehouse manager, Tracey, made returning a large item really easy and helped me source and convenient and cheap return mechanism. Brilliant communications all through the process and an immediate refund done on return of goods. Brilliant service!

Golf Swing Systems offers decent support, and Tracey stands out for her helpfulness. While their delivery and returns process are impressive, product durability and consistency may vary. Communication is good, but improvements in reliability could make the experience better. Still, a professional company overall that seems committed to customer satisfaction. Worth considering.
