Half of the order hasn't arrived, item that has arrived is ill fitting. No response from Golf Thing.

I placed an order on the 31st of March for 4 items. 1 has been received but the other 3 haven't arrived as of 16th April. I've contacted the Golf Thing email address but had no response. I've also requested a return but had no response regarding that either. I can see they reply to the reviews on here but not to simple sales email requests. I'd happily amend the review if I got a response and received my order (£150)

It's not difficult to respond to emails/refund requests, even if you're snowed under just acknowledge the message. Shame as the clothing looks decent on the website, I wont recommend or purchase from here again.

Awful service

Ordered two pairs of Golf trousers, both same size and style, in different colours.

Firstly the items are imported from China, so the seller has no idea of the quality that is arriving to you. Secondly both these trousers, which were labelled the same size, were miles different. One pair spray on tight, the other baggy.

Any communication with the company before and just after purchase was replied to immediately, which was great. However, seeking a refund is a farce.

I was asked to send in photos, no idea why. Then a week later I was told I was allowed to return the item and that a refund would be processed in 7-10 days.

Item was posted on 23rd March, I have proof of delivery on 24th March.

It’s now the 11th April and I’ve not had a refund. I am not getting any replies to emails regarding a refund either

Thankfully, given it was my first purchase, I paid by credit card. I’m going to report the company to my credit card provider and get a charge back.

Really wouldn’t recommend using them. The quality of goods is appalling and the service is worse.

Ironically, it seems reviews on here are the only thing they reply to!

Ordered a pair of golf trousers

Ordered a pair of golf trousers, and the quality is poor, and possibly the shortest legged trousers I have ever tried on.
Asked for a refund and they are now asking me to send photos of the trousers with a tape measure next to them..!!

They clearly have no intention of offering a full refund.

Please avoid buying anything from this company, I will also be advising all my fellow golfers to avoid this company.

Do not order anything from this company. I placed an order and just kept getting messages telling me my order was delayed for different reaons; order mislaid, staff on holiday, technical issues, short of stock. After waiting 4 weeks I finally raised disputed payment with my bank and advised the company. 7 days later i received a refund.

Advertised quality tough leakproof golf…

Advertised quality tough leakproof golf bottles …… waited over a month for one to be delivered, arrived from China and was the poorest quality bottle ever and nothing like what was advertised, didn’t even take it out the wrapper and requested a refund label I am still waiting on the refund from one of the colours that was not available …. 3 weeks now …. I will have to turn the matter over to my Credit Card company should the matter, very disappointing ….. customers beware!!!!!

Its your risk

Ordered a jumper on 7th Fenruary 2026, fit was ridiculous, even though I had followed the size guide it was way too small, material very thin and zip of poor quality. I requested a return.....and then the problem starts. You are fustrated at every point in the process with verification codes, send a photograph, sorry for delay, system error etc. Latest message yesterday (17th March) was more apologises because of a system error and my refund would be processed in 7 to 10 days. Really! Despite fine words on their website about returns and refunds and customer satisfaction they entirely deserve 50% negative reviews on Trustpilot and plainly obvious what their business model is. Its your risk.

Terrible experience avoid this company…

Terrible experience avoid this company at all costs.
Purchased 2 jumpers £55 and they didn’t fit, I contacted them for a return code for a refund and it’s taken them 2 weeks and still no response.
I will try once more, but the after care service is terrible!!!

If I could give it no stars I would

If I could give it no stars I would, My order was cancelled on the 4th Feb due to not being able to be delivered to a remote area. This was to be delivered to a city in Northern Ireland. There is nothing on their website about not being able to deliver there and they accepted the order in the first place. I have been trying to get a refund since then and 4 weeks later still no refund. Communication has been terrible. Would stay clear of using this company.
