I recently had the pleasure of working with Josh from Goliath Auto Transport to ship two vehicles, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Josh was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and smooth.

Great experience! Car arrived in about a week from coast to middle USA. Quote is on higher side (~1500-1600), but worth it for peace of mind and quick pickup (1-2 days). Car was not damaged at all in transport.

Needed my car transported from TX to NJ with a very tight set of dates and we had a lot of early hiccups - all within the nature of the industry and completely out of Brenden’s control. From the very start, Brenden was very communicative and transparent with me about the reality of the situation. Time and time again, Brenden displayed top notch service that was a testament to the honesty, integrity, and people-first principle at the heart of their business.

To start, when there was an issue with finding a driver that was within the initial quote, Brenden removed the broker’s fee to put my car at a more lucrative price for the driver. In doing so, Brenden essentially would break even and not make any profit from my booking.

The initial carrier had an unfortunate issue with the truck breaking down leading to my car being delayed by a few days which would heavily impact my ability to commute to work. Unfortunately, this is quite common in this industry, but Brenden went right to work in rectifying the situation by booking another driver AND getting me a rental car so I could commute to work. All out of the company’s pocket, despite not being at fault. What baffles me is not only was he not making any money from my booking, he was willingly LOSING money, just to ensure that I would be taken care of.

My car was eventually picked-up and delivered by a wonderful carrier and driver, in perfect condition. Despite all the road bumps, Brenden made a stressful situation much more manageable. The entire time, I felt that he had my back and I had no doubt that he could get it done. I’m beyond impressed, grateful, and inspired by how Goliath stays true to their core principles. They are a rare gem who truly put PEOPLE FIRST in an industry littered with massive broker platforms that only care about profit. Had I gone with one of the bigger companies, I can guarantee that I would not have received exemplary and tailored service like this. Delays and breakdowns are unfortunate but expected when shipping your car. Go with a company that will take care of YOU!

Working with Brenden was exceptionally easy. Constant, clear communication, and more importantly HONEST communication. I did a fair bit of research before choosing a broker and everything Brenden told me lined up with what I’d found elsewhere. He was upfront about what factors he could control and which he couldn’t, as well as what factors might change the price. When I signed the contract with Goliath I was confident that I’d made the right choice and that was confirmed by the quality transported that he booked for me.

This company is highly communicative and reliable. A previous shipping company was unable to get my vehicle shipped and I was left feeling anxious and hopeless. I saw this company's name on Reddit and called since i had nowhere else to turn. I got an very detailed phone conversation of the process and plan. My vehicle was picked up a few days later and arrived two days earlier than expected. Overall extremely happy with this company. Would recommend to anyone transporting their vehicle across the USA.

When it was time to ship my prized possession and money pit (turbo Camaro) I went balls deep into reading about shipping cars and the entire auto transport business. Ridiculous amount of info out there, you really need to take your time. I’m extremely thankful for Reddit in the first place otherwise I would’ve gotten screwed from some bait and switch company. Anyway, after a couple of weeks of looking, when it was time to finally pull the trigger, I went with Goliath. All their good reviews and all the positivity you see is not just for show, it is very real. Brittany was awesome and made things super easy for me, great pricing, she eased my paranoia and assured me I’m okay lol I get super worried for no reason. I have a lot invested in my car. I felt much better when the driver took 200+ pictures for the pickup inspection!! High quality pics too, not some grainy crap. Fantastic communication with Brittany and the dispatcher, they both answered all my annoying questions I had. I will definitely use them again, and will definitely be telling all my car buddies about them. Had my car shipped in two days from Kansas to Idaho in a very nice enclosed trailer. 5 star isn’t enough. I'm extremely satisfied with the car shipping services provided by Goliath Auto Transport Company and the exceptional driver, Alex. From the initial communication with Brittany to the delivery of my vehicle, everything was seamless and professional. Alex was very careful with my car, and the on-time delivery was impressive. I highly recommend Goliath 1000 times over - their reliability, expertise, and customer service are unmatched.

I know I got lucky when Brittany from Goliath found an enclosed truck coming to my very same small town the day after my car was supposed to be picked up by a different company who (they showed up with the wrong truck and never offered any other
option.) But not just any enclosed truck , the truck was top notch enclosed with a lift and driver Alex was amazing, he kept in contact the whole trip and my car safely arrived across the country in 3 days. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience. Thanks again to all involved.

Had an incredible amount of frustration with another carrier, and Goliath stepped in for the rescue. Excellent communication and the car was delivered when they said it would be and for a very competitive price. I wish I had found them first and skipped the headache.
