Purchased a lamp for a birthday present. Very disappointed with the quality. Looks like a tacky poundshop purchased and packaging was absolutely appalling.
I placed my order on August 1st. After 2 weeks I realized I hadn’t received a tracking number (which their website states that they send out with in 1-2 business days with shipping time of 7-10 business days) I reached out to them. They sent me the tracking link it was in china processing wear house. I have been checking every few days the updates have been ridiculous. I have been emailing them. All I get is I am sorry. I am Sorry. We are now at August 29th and when I checked link it is not showing any signs of moving to being delivered. It is in the US now but not going anywhere. I have emailed them several times stating I want a refund. I will not use this product. It is a scam
