Ellyn Fallon is a True Asset!!
Well short story I have policy 8643058, not a great customer but around awhile, went and got medical procedures done and never paid my renewal. Spoke with Ellyn Fallon and she put me right at eased. Signed back up in no time, she is a True Asset to your company. And her parents should be proud to raise such a good kid/woman! Hope someone notice’s she’s got the touch!! Jackie needs a raise
Jackie needs a raise. She has spoken to me with respect, and kindness, and has been the only person to do this. I have had a rough time trying to get ahold of a live person, as well as canceling my policy, but Jackie has been an absolute angel with going above and beyond to help me and make me feel at ease with canceling this policy. I think it would benefit the company to make the website more user friendly, as well as train the customer service reps to be just like Jackie.

The gentleman I got my quote from was real helpful and then The girl I spoke to when I started my policy was excellent. I’d be more than happy to spread the word about good to go with Friends and family.
