Zero stars! I placed an order over 4 months ago, and I haven’t received a response to any of my contact attempts to figure out where my order is or just to cancel it since it’s been so long. Now their email is bouncing back as undeliverable, and the website and products have completely changed? I feel robbed.
Terrible
Terrible. I’d give zero stars if I could. I never received my order. A tracking number was created after waiting a month and reaching out. That was almost 2 months ago... Emailed back and forth with customer service, but it was mostly me emailing them because they only responded once. Ending up doing a charge back on my credit card. They used to be legit, not sure what happened. Just go support local thrift shops instead.
Goodfair is a joke.
Took one look at a used pocket tee shirt for $27 and moved on.
No surprise that 25% of the reviews are one star.
I'd give it Zero stars if I could.

Is absolute trash. My package was missing for 3 months before a refund was provided. Shame on me for placing the same order once that happened cause they sent me 8 $2 sweatshirts and charged me $30
Disappointed with experience
My order was very delayed and I was not provided any update about this delay. It was only until I had reached out multiple times without a response that I eventually got a generic response. Additionally, once I finally received my order, it had the incorrect items in it and the missing items were not able to be replaced. The items that were missing were the whole reason I placed an order in the first place. Overall, incredibly disappointed with my experience.
Delayed order and a quick resolve
I had an order that was placed on Dec 22nd 2023...it had been a bit with no update. I emailed and received a quick response explaning the reason and within the time frame stated it was resolved and on it's way. I highly recommend if you choose to shop consciously..please give them a try. They are awesome!

When I placed my order I got confirmation that they received it but didn’t hear anything about my order for a month. When checking in about it I was told that it would be shipped in 3-5 business days. 10 days later I hadn’t received and shipping notification. I checked in again and was told there was a stock issue and would have to continue to wait. When I got my shipping confirmation I also got notified that my shipping was also refunded. Upon getting my package, I didn’t receive all of my order with a note saying that the items I didn’t receive were refunded but checking my bank account it wasn’t. Overall really disappointing with the experience and I haven’t supported the business since

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had been ordering from Goodfair since before COVID, I always loved my experience and never had any complaints. My items always arrived in a timely manner and I was always satisfied with the items I received.
I decided to order sweatshirts since I had not used this site in a while. I was excited to receive my order and expected a week or two for the items to be shipped out. I ordered on 9/15/23, sent a follow up email on 9/25 asking about the status of my order since I had not received shipping confirmation or anything. I received a message back on 9/27 stating that my order will be shipped in 3-5 business days. On 9/29 I received an email from customer support stating that there had been an issue with my order and my items were now out of stock, they offered me a refund or items in place and I had stated my preference of just having two of the surprise hoodie bundles. Customer support was able to respond in the next day or two stated that have my preference confirmed and to expect shipping in 3-5 business days. On 10/5 I emailed again asking for an update on my order and stated my frustration with it now being two weeks, that if in the next week I would look for shipping confirmation and if I did not receive it, I would be asking for a refund. I received an email back on 10/7 stating that once again, my order would be shipped in 3-5 business days. On 10/11 I emailed again and stated that if my order was not shipped by Friday 10/13, I would be requesting a refund. I received no response on this email. I emailed again for the last time 10/16 asking once again for the status on my package and asked that if my item was not shipping to start processing a refund. I received an email on 10/18 with the details of my package and notice of my refund that will begin processing.
I was very upset about this situation considering this business used to be proactive and timely and I really enjoyed what they had to offer, obviously I will not be ordering from them again. If they did not have the items I ordered, I would have hoped that they would be up front with me and just refund my money instead of going through the hassle of back and forth emails for an entire month.
Everytime I order from this company..
Everytime I order from this company my packages are sent quickly and packaged neatly and safely. The products I receive are of very good quality and are thrifted so it helps with fast fashion.
Skip the T-shirts!!
My sister bought some T-shirts a few years ago and they were pretty cool. I just bought two bundles of four T-shirts each and seven of the eight are going to Goodwill. Big waste of $$. They are either too political, really religious, plain ugly or just terrible quality. I’ll keep one as a painting shirt (wouldn’t wear it out of the house) the rest are garbage. I know you don’t know what you’re getting before you order, but the eight T-shirts compared to what I saw my sister get a couple years ago…totally different.

I normally like the hoodies I get from Goodfair but my last two orders just weren’t great at all. I tried to get a refund for one of them but no one at customer service reached out until after my package had shipped so that sucked. Plus with the hoodies that I received it just seemed personal.

I message through every platform asking to cancel my order and alas! A very nice individual through their Instagram fixed my problem in minutes AND on the same day! Thank you Goodfair! Y’all are the best!
- Update: Nancy was kind person to help me. She resolved my problem in a matter of LITERALLY 5 minutes. God bless her heart.

holiday themed clothing
holiday themed clothing, not what i fully expected because from the images there were more fun daily wardrobe sweaters that i would of liked a chance to have
I love the message of the company but…
I love the message of the company however, they are so difficult to get a hold of. It is very frustrating. Return items is great because you get a refund but you have to pay for shipping so it almost is not worth it. As for the clothes, you can get some cool items, but you would probably be better to go to a thrift store yourself. The items are not tailored to you in anyway so the style is very very hit or miss. Again I love what this company is trying to do, but the lack of communication and clothing selection is sub par.
A lot of money for dubious quality
The selection I paid for was over $70 and I think the person I bought them for will be able to wear one of the 6 shirts. I did not think it would be, but not being able to choose a color family/palette or even gender of shirt is a bigger deal than I thought. Also, the amount I paid for two “vintage” shirts that were unwearably bad is ludicrous. One was actually covered in holes and stains.
I like the idea of goodfair but the execution is not great.

Now I completely understand the whole you get what you get. But if I wanted to pay $30 for plain black Hanes sweatpants I would have just gone to Walmart and paid $10.
