Ana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products to support my foot condition. Also, she was not pushy. She even helped me put my shoes on. I’m a grown man. I’m not used to that type of treatment.

Ana was amazing! Completely explained every detail of the product and its benefits. Awesome sense of humor and super fun to deal with. I feel like I’ve known her forever! The product seems extremely well engineered and I am looking forward to testing it out over the next month or so to see what kind of relief I can get. Very optimistic at this point.

I have been a happy customer for a couple of years.
Lately I had a lot of pain in my feet and I was wondering why the arch supports were not working anymore. Wes at Carmel Mountain was very kind and showed me that I needed new sizes for my arch supports because my feet have changed. I am very impressed with all the tools they have to measure your feet.

West was customer service, was seen 10mins prior to my appointment.
Sadegh awsome I came in at 315pm and he sat me and let me relax on a foot massager.

Mika is the best customer service staff…
Mika is the best customer service staff I’ve ever had. She’s very welcoming and friendly the moment I walked in the store. She is patient, knowledgeable, and fun to interact with. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back and refer to friends and family.

Sadegh and Omar took care of me! Got me fitted with arch supports that is helping with my knees and shin splints from running. All my pain is gone amazing! Worth every penny

After wearing my supports in tennis…
After wearing my supports in tennis shoes, I wore the leather maintainers in shoes (not athletic shoes but fancy shoes) to a wedding and to dinner and remained pain free the entire time. Thank you Good Feet Store Poway, CA!!!
