I walked into a Good Feet store in Lexington, KY, without an appointment, to look around and see what was being sold. I was approached by Christy Fulfer, a certified fitter, and she took the time to explain the system and process of working with customers. Intrigued, I set an appointment for later in the day. When I returned I met with Christy and began the process of identifying why I was experiencing some hip pain and foot discomfort. Christy was very detailed in her explanation of what her examination revealed concerning my foot imprint scan, walking gait and posture. Christy recommended a particular arch support package for me to try out. We placed the supports in several different types of shoes for me to wear and try out. Shortly, I identified the arch supports I was most comfortable in. Today, I am still comfortable with my new arch supports and gain more confidence in this product each day. I look forward to continuing my new experience with Christy and the Good Feet team. It feels good to stand up straighter and feel no pain or discomfort. Very cool!
