I told the salesman I needed an orthotics consultation for an orthopedic problem affecting my gait. He insisted the program of alternating shoe inserts would solve my problem and I was impressed by the computer display. I wound up spending thousands of dollars and got no relief. He said nothing to dissuade me that this was orthotics care, which it wasn't

Tim was great. He was very knowledgeable, polite and listened to my concerns. He made sure all of my questions were answered and by the end of the session I was walking pain. Do not know why I waited so long to get this done.
