Apparently I ordered goods to the value of £18.99. I didn't
I cancelled my orders last month because of the standard of this so called healthy snacks.
The company taking payments are called RAKUK Limited and history of not accepting cancellations and before you know it you'll see payment pending on your account where you can't take action.
They do not reply to emails. It would be a good idea if trading standards investigated what could be deemed as imoral business practice.

delivery was slow and item missing. Contacted three times and no reply. Shame as products are good but wont use again

I ordered from this company 2 years ago and the nuts and fruit were atrocious, so I happened to see an add again for them and decided to give them another go. Just had my order today and yet again nothing has changed. The Brazil nuts are all smashed, hardly a whole nut in the order, loads of powder and they couldn't get anymore air into the bags. I ordered dried pineapple rings and there are just bits in the bag, not one ring!! At least the dried apple rings survived and you can tell what they are. I won't be ordering again and advise anyone else not to order if they want value for money then go to the shops and buy what you want. Utter garbage.

If I could give 0 I would magically renewed itself after cancelling last month will see if they reply to my email if not last chance contacting bank avoid …update they replied apparently I have signed up for subscription and minimum before you can cancel is 2 months nowhere on original purchase it stated it’s a subscription and that you are unable to cancel unless those 2 months charge disputed with bank as wasn’t authorised by
me

On 13th August 2021 I spent 30.25 GBP on a few Items which never came to me and they still have not sent me the Items nor refunded me a single penny

They are a fake company all the Items you see on display in the photos are fake

Now don’t get me wrong I did say to them just now (20th August 2024) that if they give a £30 voucher free of charge then send me the Items then I will change my mind about calling them a a fake and scam company so the ball is in their court but as things stand they remain fake

Now paid £37.69 for what!!!!!!
I am tired of chasing decided they are just con artists, but it grates.
Contacted numerous times but ignored

The two stars are for the delivery which was super quick but the products were not at all what I was expecting. They are advertised as healthy but are are loaded with sugar and artificial preservatives. The pears contain sunflower oil. If you are looking for healthy snacks, you are definitely in the wrong place. Better going to your local shops, at least you can read the ingredients on the packaging.

What I was delivered was poisonous - and caused my tongue to bleed.

They promise refunds on their website, but despite contacting them, none has been forthcoming. They just simply blame the manufacturer.

Currently in the process of reporting them to the Food Standards Authority.

I have contacted this company using the contact us link on their website, private messaging on Instagram and several emails to cancel a subscription, I’m yet to receive any acknowledgment of my request and they have continued to take money for a subscription they have been told I no longer want.
The lack of customer service is beyond ridiculous, I’m at my wits end trying to cancel this subscription and stop this company taking any more money from me for something I’ve made clear I do not want.

Had my first order delivered this week. The nuts are excellent, so different to selection in shops. I also had a box of baclava, not so sweet and bite sized. Very happy with my order.

Good food delivered its easy to order nuts and dried fruit. i am very pleased with the quality as well but unfortunately i have only give 3 star due to the poor delivery. i have paid 5.99 for express delivery however received my order after 8 days. why offering express delivery 1 -2 days if you cant make it. I emailed customer services and have been told that they dispatched my order but unfortunately they have been busy. and dont have any power over delivery.

Their site advertised "Next day delivery on orders over £30", its been one week and am still waiting. This is miss-selling Under Consumer Law, companies who break the law by miss-leading customers should lose at least 10 customers per day. Can we stand together and say NO to bad customer service? Avoid at all Cost - they are ranked 104 out of 107 stores that offer this service - that's says a lot! Iveasked for a refund and got no response, therefore lets spread the word on all social media platforms to AVOID GOOD FOOD DELIVERED COMPANY, LETS SEE HOW THEY LIKE TO BE TREATED THE WAY WE HAVE BEEN TREATED.

Awful company. I ordered 3 items, but appears one of them was out of stock when it came to dispatch (despite still selling them on the website). Instead of contacting me, they decided to send out an unmarked mystery item. Pretty sure that's illegal. I emailed asking for my money back but all I got was excuses. They've now stopped responding to me.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Spend your money elsewhere

Second order. First was okay so I reordered cheese cashew nuts and salted roasted pecans. Both products are inedible. The pecans are so salty you cannot eat them. The cheese cashews are very dark in colour and very very spicy. I suspect they are mis labelled and are chilli cashews. Customer service next to useless. Responded initially (I only enquired about the cashews as hadn’t tried the pecans at that point) but now nothing will never buy from them again dreadful. Avoid so you don’t waste money buying inedible products like me.

I love the name of the brand, how swift their services are, kudos

I've tried cancelling numerous times but am still receiving these from the company. I've told them that I don't like the products but they are ignoring my requests, there's no phone number to contact them direct,just send a message.
Does anyone know how I can contact them and better still cancel my orders from this company?
Dreadful company

Customer service is non existent. I emailed three times to cancel the subscription box and yet they still took payment from my card.
There’s nowhere on the website for me to cancel it myself and they don’t reply to messages or emails.

Why was an item replaced and what was this as no indication as to what it is. Looked good but not ordering again.

Ordered various nuts and fruit, arrived minus the dried kiwi fruit. Emailed customer care and was asked had I had a substitution? Replied immediately that I hadn’t. Have emailed again since asking what was happening - no response, either by replacing the missing item or refund. First and last time of using this company.
