We had good guys move us today and from start to finish they were awesome and did a great job . I would recommend them any day and I would use them again definitely. Price was responsible. Thankyou so much for all you done today .

We had great service from ‘Good Guys’ start to finish. They had our flat cleared in minutes and were so patient when we were delayed getting into our new place. They went above and beyond to get all our furniture into the new place safely. We considered trying to hire a van and do this move by ourselves but choosing ‘Good Guys’ was the best money we’ve ever spent! So worth it for the excellent service and the positive spin they put on the horrible task of moving house. They really brightened the day and lightened our load. Thank you so much!

Just would like to say a big thank you would highly recommend to anyone had a stressful move but theses guys just took all the stress away and I can’t thank them enoth 10/10 great service !!!!

I had booked another company to do a business move but they advised me there could be an additional charge on the day as it was a large move, this company was recommended to me so I spoke with Neil who was lovely at the time, offered to quote me for each trip or total job, I explained I wanted a job price, no surprises on the day, he explained we would have 2 vans and 3 guys on removal, sent videos over of everything that needed moving and had a detailed conversation, fast forward to 29th December the move day, 8am only 1 van arrives with 3 lovely friendly guys, half the van gets loaded then I’m Told I may want to ring Neil to discuss the price as it’s a bigger job than they thought, I call Neil who wasn’t friendly like he was while taking the booking, he made me out to be a liar and said he never would of quoted me this price for this size job and then went on to say that the videos didn’t to the size of the job justice and he underestimated the size of the job - the whole conversation was on load speaker to everyone that was with me heard the way he spoke to me and upped the price by £400 because he underestimated the job baring in mind he knew there was 70 boxes already boxed up and had the boys to bring another 20 on the day

After failing to agree that Neil was in the wrong and it wasn’t acceptable to up the price mid move because he had made a mistake on the pricing, and underestimated the size of a job the van was unloaded leaving us completely on our own for a business move

I will ensure I share my review of this company every way possible the way I was treated yesterday was completely unacceptable, pay more demands because ofthis companies error isn’t a way to run a business, admit responsibility would of been better customer service on continuing with the agreed price
