All my fish arrived on time and healthy!!

Great customer service…quality fish received on time and in good shape..would definitely recommend!

The website had a good selection of fish and aquatic plants, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of the products. The shipping was prompt and my fishes arrived well-packaged and alive!

The shipping and packaging were satisfactory, and my fishes arrived alive and on time. Their prices though are a bit higher compared to other online fish stores that I have shopped in the past.

Shipment arrived on time and all animals alive. Communication was top notch. Will definitely order again.

On my order they contacted after waiting a week and a half. They asked if I would pay additional for shipping. Their website clearly states free shipping for all orders over 149 dollars. My order was 159. I refused to pay the shipping and clearly explained I would not cancel my own order. After which the seller then proceeds to tell me he only has 2" fish and I paid for 3-3.5" fish. I told the seller I expected a discount and the seller then canceled my order instead of following through with their end of the deal.

Overall a very good experience. Some items were out of stock after I ordered, but they texted me to offer substitutions. I appreciated the convenience of texting. They also promptly issued a refund for the Dalmatian Molly I’d ordered and did not want a substitute for. All fish arrived today alive and appear healthy.

Great communication. Fish were in good shape when they arrived. They are concerned with providing top-quality service before, during and after the sale.

Very disappointed. They first didn’t have the fish that they claimed they had in stock. Instead, I accepted gold pristellas. Unfortunately they turned out to be twice the size of my gold tetras so they don’t hang out. But, at least, they arrived healthy and are doing great in my tank. The 2 platy species are another story. 1 salt and pepper platy is dead in less than 24 hours. It doesn’t even look like the right kind of platy since it is all white. The bumblebees have been not acting right since I put them in the tank. The smallest one, who didn’t look good in the bag, has vanished. The other 2 are at the top and hardly swimming around. I only went with this store because they had gold tetras in stock, which are hard to find. Big let down. Worse than that, the only fish I actually ordered are not doing well. This has been disappointing since I have never had any issues with ordering fish online from other companies.

I ordered 2 snowflake moray eels they came well packaged and healthy!!! They are eating and look amazing!! I will order again!

Took a leap of faith and ordered a Panda Moor Goldfish on October 8th and received it October 19th. It took longer than expected with a slight mix up on shipping information. They were clear with communication and updates. Recieved the Goldfish alive and well. Shipping is a bit pricey but it was fast after it shipped. They have a good selection of Fish stock. Will be doing business in the future. Thanks.

Excellent fish store. Very good quality, healthy fish. One of the first shipment didn’t survive the trip, but they promptly sent a replacement. Will definitely buy from Goodjoseph again.
