Implementation of Cimplify CRM System
Our Charity, Veterans Outreach Support (VOS) had been looking to implement a CRM for some time and we were fortunate enough to receive funding from the Lloyds Bank Foundation to support us doing so. Goodlabs were appointed as the consultancy to help us and from the outset the support we received from Matt and the team has been first rate.
They guided us through their own information management assurance processes to give us confidence, and to be able to reassure the Board of Trustees, described clearly what would be required from us and helped us to refine our plans for how we would use the system.
Knowledgeable, helpful and always patient when we inevitably made a mistake or asked a dumb question, Matt guided us every step of the way through the process so that we now have a system that we can use across the Charity to do away with paper and multiple spreadsheets.
Having now completed the initial rollout, we can already see the difference that the system will make and this will only increase as we start to use it in earnest and to input increasing amounts of data. The ability to easily and quickly extract powerful Management Information will be a huge time saver in and of itself.
We have further plans to increase the scope of how we use the CRM and we look forward to working with Goodlabs to do so, safe in the knowledge that we will be well supported.
Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Goodlabs and Cimplify to anybody in the Charity sector looking to improve the way they manage their beneficiaries, events, 1:1 sessions, delivery partners, external stakeholders and fundraising activity.
