I’m so pleased with my purchase and the service I received from Juno. The customer service is great and prompt. They are very helpful and all my concerns were addressed immediately. The mattress. What can I say? One of the most comfortable I’ve ever bought. I highly recommend Juno.

horrible customer service experience…

horrible customer service experience made me cancel order. They still shipped the mattress after I cancelled and then lied about it. I got that returned to sender and instead of granting my refund - they shipped another box. Both items shipped after I cancelled the order were sent no signature required, trying to force me to receive the items. They played stupid games. I called the bank and had them charge back the money. These people are not worthy of your trust, and I bought a much better mattress for the same price from a big box store.

Response to owner - As you people are actively screwing with me, I find your answer misleading, at best. You are just trying to cheat the system and have this review removed. For example, I wasted 2.5 hours today waiting on hold and never spoke to a real person. The first time you hung up on me right away, no persons voice first, just click - HUNG UP!! The second time you hung up on me after 53 min waiting - again no voice first, just click. And then the third time I waited 93 min before I had to make another call and never heard from one of your people - it said I was the first person in line (the second time). I will fight in court to have this review left up, and you people owe me for over 5 hours of my time, wasted, dealing with your refusal to follow your own policy and promise - to cancel my order and refund my money.

Update - your team finally followed your own promise and refunded the purchase (that I had Fedex return to you myself - after your team promised to do this and did not). However you wasted 5 hours of my time fighting to get my refund. You keep the 1 star, and it would be a zero star if it was supported.

***Be careful to use a credit card with a good charge-back policy if you order from these people - and be advised - It is my very strong feeling that I was intentionally and maliciously screwed with by these people.

Second response - as you are very well aware your sleep package is being returned to sender. Like I told you three times already. And as I cancelled the entire order june 23rd. (you sent it july 7th or so) you are clearly playing stupid games.
I will not accept 'gifts' from people who treat customers like you did. And you will get a lawyers letter with a bill for the time I spent chasing you people for my money back. My feelings remain the same.

And I find it funny, I spend 2.5 hours on the phone trying to get you people to honour your promise and policy (refund), and never even hear a live voice (as you are hanging up on my multiple times) but I post a trust pilot review and suddenly I get my refund and you are all apologetic. I'll leave it to people to draw their own conclusions on how they should expect to be treated by you, should they have an issue with your company that they need to speak about.

This has been the best mattress purchase ever!

This has been our best mattress so far .No more disturbed sleep from rolling over .No more body aches and wake up feeling well rested .We purchased this for our RV now we are planning to purchase one at home.I highly recommend this mattress to anyone.

This is in my 5th wheel

This is in my 5th wheel. It has been there for over 6 months and I love it.. fit exactly perfectly where my old two part queen mattress was. Its comfortable and I sleep very well on this mattress.

Great Value For Mattress

Back in around February it was decided I needed a new mattress and began shopping. I decided on Juno due to a mix of good reviews as well as affordability. Buying my Juno was super easy off the good morning website and received my mattress shortly after.

I have now had my mattress for about 3 months now and I must say I love the mattress. It was lightly stiff at first but after a few weeks to let the mattress breathe and to break it in its wonderfully comfy and soft enough for me. Thus will definitely be my mattress for the next 5-6 years at the very least.

The very best!

We bought this mattress for our toddler to make the transition from his crib to his big boy bed. We love it! If there is one thing I have to say is it might be too good because I can't help falling asleep on it when putting my toddler to bed... Great buy!

Zero complaints!

I have sleep apnea, I have had spinal fusion surgery and I struggle with insomnia. Since getting our mattress my symptoms have been very manageable. I was hesitant that it would work for me, but I don’t have any complaints thus far. This is not a cure for all things sleep related but it makes me excited to go to bed and go to sleep because it’s neRead more about review stating I have sleep apnea, Iw and it’s so comfortable.

I am a “traveller” while sleeping, I love to move and switch positions through the night. It was a bit of an adjustment getting used to the way the mattress sinks in and forms to your body. It made switching positions or trying to roll over a bit more challenging through the night but I have gotten used to it and I feel like I move less now which gives a much more restful sleep.

Overall I am enjoying the mattress so far. Thank you Juno!

Still comfortable

In general, the mattress is still comfortable but losing a bit of firmness. Also, the outer covering is not as tight as it used to be.

Bought the best NovosBed from this…

Bought the best NovosBed from this company. It came in a box, was quite stinky, but after 2 days airing out in the bedrrom with the windows open... i had the best sleeps ever, and it has lasted!!! Ive had it 2.5 years now, and still in perfect condition.
I love my Novos Bed, and would definately buy one again.
Thanks goodmorning.com!! The order came in a timely manner and was delivered right to my door.

Ordered a Juno mattress for our RV

Ordered a Juno mattress for our RV. Arrived on time, easy to unpack, came with a quality mattress cover, mattress looked and felt good quality after unwrapping it. Very comfortable first sleep...and still comfortable after a month. Would buy again for a RV.

The price caught my eye

The price caught my eye. Simple and easy to use interface without to much choice.
The Juno California King size bed is one of the best purchases I've made in recent years. I had no idea how much restful sleep I was missing. It's also my first king size.

Great quality and Great price

Fast delivery, light weight, easy to unpack. Just a little bit of odour, and I didn't notice it by the second day. I like how the edges of the mattress are rounded and smooth. I like that it is an affordable price compared to other competitors. It is also well made, and comfortable to sleep on. I'm a side sleeper and I had no problems after a month of sleeping on it. My arms never got numb or tingly. No more back pain. All in all it's a great product and I would highly recommend this to anyone!
