If I were able to give a negative star review, I would. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It all began in October when I ordered a Christmas present for adult children. I continually got emails, indicating my order was being sent again. I never ordered another gift box. I was able to cancel the order twice, after receiving emails, indicating an order was being shipped. Today, I had a $278 debit against my checking account for another order I never placed. After contacting customer service twice I was informed I could not cancel the order and the food will be shipped because I did not cancel within the subscribed. Customer service would not confirm and they claimed they cannot confirm that an email was sent. If I had gotten the email as a claim, I would’ve canceled this order as well. I’ve since cancel my subscription, but I am asking everybody please, avoid this company. It’s a terrible company. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. If I tell you, this company sucks, I’m being kind.

I paid 14.00 for express shipping. Didn't get the item for Christmas, but did receive it for New Year's. It advertised that it was Canadian, but came from Germany. I am just glad I received what I paid for.

The price for a shirt had another $27.00 added because I should have known they deal in US dollars.
This is a pure SCAM
After constant emails to the company, plus this review, i actually received a t-shirt that wasn’t what i ordered but im really fed up with this company

This site is a scam. Not only is it a scam, it will give you 'updates' on the status of your order and a link to a shipper, but that shipper is bogus as well.
Emails are canned and repetitive and will not give you any details or specifics. Shipper will not reply at all. 100% scam

I ordered a t-shirt back in April and to date it has yet to be delivered. I paid through Paypal and created a claim. Shipper says they delivered to my mailbox but my informed delivery notices from the post office do not show it ever delivering. Paypal will not give me a credit and the seller refuses to provide a credit. I will never use PayPal to pay for a product or service again - will only use my credit card as with the proof I had they would have credited me.

I purchased three shirts from them. They were three sizes too small. Maybe they were sized per European standards and not USA standards. They will not give me an exchange or full payment back - they offered $8USD to $85USD original payment. Their name (USA Good Shop) implies they are in the USA. They are not. They shipped out of Denmark.took about five to six weeks to receive order.

Received my package and when you figure out the amount of meat you got and the price it is very expensive per pound and I don't feel the quality was any better than store bought meat
Never would know the difference if I didn't know it was good job me from store meat

I will give this company a negative zero infinity. I never received my order. They are very slow to responding to my countless of emails. I am not getting anywhere with this company. I made a complaint to Shop Pay about this issue and still waiting on their response.

I wish I would of read review prior to ordering. First I ordered in January and did not receive until March 10. It was on a slow boat from Germany. Quality is Poor. Cheap Polyester/Spandex fleece type material, not normal sweatshirt for the price. Shein in type for $35.00. Could of bought from Shein for like $5.00. Do not waste your money.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts to give as Christmas gifts on December 3, 2024 and $50.00 was withdrawn from my bank account the same day. However, I never received the order. They say the package is lost and I have to PAY THEM MORE $$ to have them resend!??
Also, it was around this time my debit card was compromised and I had to be issued a new card!
Do NOT order from this website---SCAM!!

Zero rating, no response no email confirmation and more than likely no product

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Their product quality is terribleness and customer service is even worse. They will keep giving reasons why you can’t return items and not give your money back. Total scam.

Goodshop er svindlere. Jeg bestilte solcelle springvand 31/5 og fik samme dag bekræftelse på ordren. d. 11/6 fik jeg at vide, at forsendelsen er på vej. Jeg har rykket for varen d. 7/6 og 16/6 og 18/6 uden svar. Ordren er betalt med det samme. Jeg vil anbefale IKKE at købe noget der. Hardy Nordborg
