Ik ben net gestart, twee weken terug, dus over het resultaat kan ik nog weinig vermelden. Maar het voelt vertrouwd. Snel antwoord van de artsen , na één week even contact over de start, een korte evaluatie met bruikbare tips.
Ook de levering verloopt zonder problemen. Wordt netjes aan huis bezorgt. Tot nu toe zeer tevreden!

Rondom Oud en Nieuw ben ik overgestapt naar Goodweigh. Ondanks de drukte in deze periode ben ik goed en zorgvuldig geholpen, wat ik zeker waardeer. Wat voor mij positief opvalt, is dat Goodweigh daadwerkelijk luistert naar de feedback die ik heb gedeeld en daar ook serieus mee omgaat. Op het moment van schrijven zijn de prijzen bovendien scherp en concurrerend. De medicatie wordt netjes, discreet en anoniem in een doosje geleverd. Al met al een prettige ervaring tot nu toe.

I’m only on my second day of Mounjaro. I chose to go with Goodweigh specifically because of the extra support they offer alongside it, and so far I’m really glad I did. I researched a lot of companies in the Netherlands before choosing and Goodweigh felt right.

From the start of my intake to receiving my medication, it took about a week in total, and the process felt quick and efficient throughout. My profile was reviewed quickly by the doctors, responses came through fast, and I genuinely felt like everything was handled smoothly and without delay.

Delivery was excellent. Everything arrived well packaged, and the delivery driver was friendly and professional.

The AI chat support has honestly been one of the standout features. Being able to ask questions instantly at any time of the day has been incredibly reassuring, especially as I’m still early in the process, I’m still figuring things out, I overthink a lot and need reassurance and this AI chat support is instant. The responses are immediate, clear, and easy to understand. If the AI can’t help, it refers me to a real person, which adds extra confidence. I’ve even asked it to respond in English and it did.

The booklet included with the medication was helpful and informative, and the measuring tape was a thoughtful gift.

I haven’t yet used the coaching and lifestyle support, which was one of the main reasons I chose Goodweigh, but I fully intend to explore it once I’ve settled into my first week.

Overall, everything has felt organised, responsive, and supportive, and I’m very happy I chose this company so far.

Honestly all has gone so easily and quickly. Have been using since December. The delivery service has changed a bit and is a little more annoying but still manageable, and everything else makes up for it.

After four months of traveling, I can honestly say that Goodweigh works amazingly well! Even while being on the road, it was easy to use and helped me stay on track with my goals. The app is clear, practical, and really motivating in daily life.
What I especially appreciate is the excellent support. Whenever I had a question, the team responded quickly and was very helpful and friendly. That makes a huge difference.
