I purchased 1 pair of glasses I did not sign up to their unlimited adverts > I have complained to them to no afect !!! I cannot use my laptop as there is near constant legthy interuption with their ads. stear clear of this outfit

Placed an order as the time the majority of reviews were favorable however five weeks have passed, after sending a query on the delivery was told that they were in production !! no update on the delivery, yesterday received more mail only to be told that the frames weren't sutable for the lenses!!! I replied that five weeks on only to be told this is astonishing as by now I've contacted then three times about delivery also the wrong frames were not flagged during the order process. The final came today another email informing me that the original frames weren't sutable ffs, there is absolutely no mention of a refund or as a goodwill gesture to reduce the cost. To sum up I've given up on them and had to reorder from another "not online" if I ever receive my specs I will update this post but rest assured knowing what I now know avoid at all cost.

Firstly, be aware of their delivery time for standard delivery, it's 14-21 business days.

Secondly, be aware of their returns policy. Unlike competitors who make their glasses in UK, they charge a hefty penalty if you want to return.

I have not yet received my pair and already regretting ordering.

I've only given the two stars due to how cheap the glasses were, but now I understand why.

I may update this to one after/when I eventually receive them.

I've been waiting for a month for my glasses. I'm told they shipped and that basically I'll get them when I get them. When I first checked on this company I saw positive reviews. This is a warning to others. Dig deep. Now I'm seeing what are probably more honest, accurate reviews of this company....BAD! I don't have much confidence that I'm going to receive my glasses any time soon and if I do I'm seriously doubting that they will be of good quality. I can tell you one thing for sure. They're advertising for delivery falls seriously short of their promises. Not a good place to start.

so i gave Googles4u a go ordered glasses took 4 weeks for them to arrive only to find plastic glass plasic loose frame slips off the head heated up using a hairdryer to try and bend the ends by the ear with small heat nothing but i guess you get what you pay for ...i used other companies b4 with no issues ,with these glasses vision is not up to scatch ,I for one will not be using them and yes i know what im saying did 3 years doing opticians ,all i will say is pay a bit more and get something better

Googles4U. In the past I have bought several good value glasses off this company but the last two orders have been a waste of money. I ordered a pair of glasses last year and waited quite some time for the order to arrive after several weeks I email Googles4U but did not get any reply a further 3 emails were sent none of them receiving an answer (Very poor communication).
After putting a review on TrustPilot I was contacted and told that they were waiting for my prescription which could have been easily resolved by answering one of my earlier emails.
When I received the glasses the section that allows for reading was a small “D” shape at the bottom of the lens and did not work very well ( The main area for distance was fine). I decided to give them a second chance and ordered a new pair of glasses but was frustrate that the website did not seem to have any option for the bigger elongated type I had on previous orders (This is not a slightly bigger “D” shape but fill almost a third of the bottom of the lens).
I had contacted Googles4U customer support and they said they would make sure the reading section was bigger, when they arrived I fund a slightly bigger “D” shape but still difficult to read.
I have reluctantly given up on this supplier as they seem to have stopped offering the bigger reading lens option which leaves my last two orders not very usable. It’s a pity about their communication as the pricing was good.

Googles4U do you still offer the larger reading section on Bifocal glasses ?

I ordered a pair of glass for over £70. They did not arrive, even 5 weeks later. They have stopped answering my emails to explain why they have not delivered my glasses.

I got prescription swim goggles and prescription sport goggles with my Medicare Advantage optical benefit. I love 'em! Easy to order, helpful website, terrific prices, on-time delivery, good communication.

I am 70 years old man and recently lost my bifocal glasses made by Vision Express. Decided to try book online and sent my prescription to UK Goggles4u 6 of July. Next day I placed my order. 25 day later Googles4u accused me that I gave them wrong delivery address, but I resent them theirs invoice where they printed correct delivery address.
Finally 6 August I have got glasses and found that left lens made wrong - I can't read or see nothing.

I have got glasses and I can't see nothing with left lenses - not reading, not far.
Now you will probably accuse me that I gave wrong prescription, but I sent my prescription copy to you and was asking to check it.
Anyway I want to get the refund.

Probably one of the worst companies to deal with - any problems they just ignore emails and stonewall you until you give up. Their support regime is to run you round in circles until all hope is lost. Terrible business, terrible support, terrible product. I'm sure they will, as before, reply to this report by saying 'sorry' and ask to get in touch. When you do, they ignore you. It's how they operate. Avoid at all cost.

Had a issue with pescription sunglasses the customer service team fantastic very responsive and a new pair are on the way just hope they will be correct this time

I’ve ordered many pairs of glasses and have been happy with them over the years.
Today I received a damaged pair and within a couple of hours, they are being replaced so I have no complaints about their customer service.

The website is so easy to use, you also get a discount. The selection is fantastic, I needed prescription glasses retangular Shape.came very well packed and with a nice glasses case. Perfect. Communication is excellent as well. I can honestly say I'd recommend this company. Thank You.

First ever purchase but utterly pointless, no better than the cheap ones from well known store. Completed the details of my prescription online but clearly these glasses have not been adapted to accommodate. What a waste of money.

I have recently purchased some glasses from this company and I was pleased with them. Good fit clear screen well packaged.

Ordered 2 x pair prescription glasses. Arrived with wrong prescription. Didnt reply to emails to resolve. Raised a case with Paypal and im required to return overseas (at my own expense) and ill then receive a refund minus the original postage. Had to complain to Paypal who refunded me, but avoid Goggles4u at all costs.

I've made several purchases over the year for prescription glasses and sunglasses. Each time the order has arrived within 2-3 weeks (as expected) and perfect each time. I've had no issues with the frames or lenses. Previous to buying from googles4u, I purchased my glasses from another website, but felt their prices had gone up considerably. The prices from googles4u were 1/3rd of the price for a similar designer pair, I will be purchasing more in the future
