The charger dies after 2 to 3 attempts of jump starting. Contacted them and the response was really slow. We are a garage and luckily we had a car they needed jump starting otherwise we wouldnt have notice its poor capability. After many attempts trying to sort this out they now requested a video of it not working. If they didnt take ages to respond and asked for the video in the first place then things would have been easier. Now we got to wait for a car that comes with a dead battery to video it. This is the problem with poor customer service taking weeks to respond.

Stay well clear of this company (Gooloo UK & the China manufacturer). It is a futile exercise when trying to contact both of these folks to resolve an issue with an item purchased (small component items not included in package which were advertised as part of the item ordered). They never respond to any Emails sent to their Customer Service contact Email address. The giveaway with these folks is they have no registered UK business address from which they are operating from. The have no UK telephone number. The inference from this is that in all likelihood, they are collecting VAT on purchases, however are not remitting VAT collections to HMRC. For all in all, they are essentially a bunch of shysters. Ordering items from these folks is a solution looking for a problem.

Ordered GT4000S, arrived after 7 days. Terms state 3 days admin + up to 5 days delivery. So arrived within the 8 days so all good. Once shipped received email with tracking no. But couldn't get it to work, another reviewer stated the same. Product arrived in sealed unopened box. All items in box look great and charged to 100% with no issues. So all good and would recommend. Bought based on online reviews of the product not on trustpilot reviews of the gooloo direct sites which have very worrying 1 star reviews, if I had read these before purchase than I may not have ordered, shame as it seems most problems are not with the great product but poor admin and delivery issues.

However for me so far everything all good and the product does look amazing for the price £81 uk. So 4 stars from me (but not used for real yet).

Bought a Gooloo Jump Starter 1500A Power Pack in February this year.
Has remained in boot of car since charging it up.
Yesterday, after several idle days and the weather turning colder, I had to use the power pack to start the car. Car started easily, and Gooloo has gone back in the boot. Wonderful!

Great product and great after sales care.
I find the other reviews completely at odds with my experience.
The battery pack charger GT4000 has easily started anything I have attached it to.
Just recently well over a year of ownership the plug in 100w car charger failed but upon contacting customer service the problem was swiftly and efficiently resolved without any fuss or bother.

HORRIBLE company. Bought this charger on eBay from the company directly. They sent the wrong item, told me they would send me the correct one after I returned the one I received. I returned it and emailed them the status - four times over as many weeks. Ignored my messages until I contacted eBay - then they sent a refund which was not what we agreed... I turned down keeping the one I had, with them giving me a 50% refund (approx $35) because I wanted the model I bought and they LIED... If you'd like to see the type of business they are for yourself, I have the messages they sent me...

Ordered a jump starter on-line with a discount voucher only to find the voucher wasn’t applied and I was charged full amount. Tried to claim voucher but all they would offer was discount on next purchase. Then asked to cancel order but response was that it had already been shipped! Yeah right!
Returned the goods unopened and at my cost only to find that they had illegally charged me for initial shipping despite their website stating it was free.
Furthermore, this deduction is not allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.
I certainly would not entertain buying any Gooloo product again given their sharp practice and poor customer service.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT HONORING THEIR WARRANTY, PRODUCT WORKS FINE FOR 18 MONTHS THEN DEAD, It worked fine a number of times and i was offered 2 years warranty with the product, now it doesnt turn off becuase of which it just discharges completely, terrible customer service, no reply for days then someone by the name of gloria emails from personal email address stating that they are not able to email me when i used 2 different email addresses and they do get my emails but are not able to reply, and then they suggest i have 18 months warranty where are i have email confirming 2 years warranty as i became a gooloo member, i have the email from Gooloo customer services to prove that my order number is UKGO1561 i have the invoice as well.

Ordered a GT4000 with case for £124.99 over 2 weeks ago.

Nothing arrived after 1 week, so I sent several emails, some tweets and messages via Facebook. (they have no address of phone number).

No response to any messages and still no item

So I left a negative review on Trustpilot, then they responded, stating they would send me a lower cost product and a £10.00 refund.

That was a week ago. NO refund, NO product, NO response to any further emails, messages, tweets etc

DO NOT ORDER THEY HAVE SCAMMED ME AND WILL SCAM YOU TOO!

Terrible service. Ordered a GT4000S for £179.99. Chased and got email suggesting they had emailed me saying it was out of stock but I can get another product if I pay £13 more. The only had a picture of the email, and it showed a ".uk" email address instead of ".com". I searched my inbox and no such email was sent. Liars. I have asked for my money back. Avoid.
