After review my phone wasn't compatible with esim but they did their best to get me a physical Sim quickly

帰国時やプラン変更時は要注意です。勝手に多く請求され、返金するすると言って一向に返金されません。問い合わせてもコピペの文章が返って来ます。絶対使用しないほうがいいです！！！！！！！

After switching my phone # to another provider, PhoneBox continues to charge me a monthly fee. When I contacted them, they informed me that I needed to cancel my account after porting out my #.
The issue is that my account was tied to my phone number, so once the number was transferred, PhoneBox no longer provided me with any service. Charging a fee for nothing is unreasonable.
By the way, my friends have switched providers and never encountered this issue—PhoneBox seems to be an exception.
To make matters worse, despite multiple contacts and their promise to issue a refund, they still haven’t processed it after few months.

Dont choose this company.

Just If you want a Lot of Problems.
I had a lot of problems with paying and the Bills over the Creditcard.
So I paid my bill but they Cancelled my data use immediatly.

I needed over two months and 1000 E-Mails to get f...40 Dollar Back.Because Phonebox was Not able to reactivate my Account after paying.

It was a shame that I lost 10000 nervs just to get 40 Dollar Back.

Sorry absoluty not to recommend

Too bad, I was charged $41.58 while I didn't use any electronic from Phonebox also I paid additional $10 for SIM card.
I decided to cancel the service while my phone# didn't transferred to Phonebox at all, After 3 month I was informed that $9.94 will be refunded. it's unbelievable!
