These guys are great. Perfect service and no issues. I’ve had to go to them twice and the staff were wonderful. This last time they were able to help with an issue caused when Apple broke my phone during a battery replacement and left me without a working eSIM. Thanks Ayaka! (She was great)

Emina was wonderful sorted my holiday sim

It’s okay. You get the data. If you go over you get charged over 100 dollars. I went over by 6G and it was upsetting to see that much. Sometimes my data has cut off randomly and there’s no compensation or reason. It just won’t work for a few hours. Despite that, the customer service is good at replying quickly when you need them. Data is 85% -90% reliable.

I needed a phyical sim card because my phone isn't compatible with esims. I couldn't activate them (i tried two different sim cards) so I walked to the Phonebox shop to get help. Sirine helped me within five minutes to activate it🙏. Such a friendly and fast Service!
